ordered a 2 piece wing and breast but got no breast. instead I got a greasy wing and thigh. Trashed the entire box. Terrible service and thoroughly passed off.
Most immature manager I have ever dealt with! I told him to give me a refund for a 50 dollar order cause all he gave us was burnt chicken! He said we would have to drive back up to lees summit after we told him we lived in pleasant hill. He refused to give the refund and hung up on me and my mom whenever we called. Quit hiring immature adults and get someone grown to the restaurant and that actually knows how to provide appropriate costumer service.
Kentucky Fried Chicken I’m Lee’s Summit was horrible , the place was nasty and very dirty. The tables were filthy and one table had about a thousand ants crawling around. I informed the manager and he came out wipe the table with a towel wearing the same dirty plastic gloves he wore to take my order. I will never, ever come back here or any other Kentucky Fried chicken establishments.
I gave this place a second chance to redeem themselves but they still let me down I ordered 2 thighs I got one thigh And a leg. I went around 9 pm and the chicken must have been sitting all day cause it was dry and it was hard I trashed the chicken this will be the last time I visit this place And it didn't help that the person that helped me was very very rude!
Orderes Original.chicken. it was hard and greasy. Biscuits were hard. Coleslaw was awesome. Potatoes watery. Gravy good.
Cost me about 45 bucks for a family meal with two sides. They didn't include the sides and even after calling customer service they did nothing. I could get better chicken at the grocery store for 1/4 the price.
The chicken was fine but my sprite tasted like medication and I got no honey or butter for my biscuit. The others give without asking
I tried the Beyond Chicken. It was delicious. Good job. The drive thru line was long, but went very quick. Overall a good experience.
Specifically asked for extra sauce/seasonings on the Nashville hot chicken meal, didn't get it. Also ordered 2 5 piece meals and got 2 3 piece meals.
I'm giving 2 stars for the amazing service from the young lady at the pick up window. Everything else was NOT good at all.I went through the drive through this evening and ordered a 5 tenders basket, plus 2 biscuits and small fries on the side. When I got to my kids dance class to feed them, I discovered that the tenders felt, tasted, and smelled like old frozen FISH STICKS. The fries were either so hard and stale that they snapped in half, or soggy, still frozen and undercooked.Waste of money and time because I had to go and buy food from somewhere else to feed the little ones.
