The food was great - very fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, our server made it a less than wonderful experience. I asked for a child's menu for my daughter and the server said no, the menu was only for ages 10 and under. I told her that my daughter was 9. She looked at my daughter and sneered, and said "I guess I'll bring you one." Yes, my daughter is quite tall for her age, but that's no excuse to treat me like I was lying. Then she didn't take off the discount (kids eat free on Tuesdays). We got it fixed at the register, but I guess I should start carrying my daughter's birth certificate to dinner.

Great portions fresh a delicious first rate dinning service I truly enjoyed my Father's Day Celebration thank you Jumpin' Catfish ?

First time eating there customer service was amazing thank you Guy for being our server you were truly amazing. I had the chicken fried chicken it was everything. But it have to say the fish had no flavor at all. To Mr. Glenn the owner salt and pepper go along wayyyy. Thank you very much for the experience I will give it another chance.

What happened to this place? Lees Summit Used to be the place for fried catfish. But went today and so disappointed. Catfish overcooked not once but twice! Wondering if it was actually catfish. Had a texture of chicken! Was pretty tasteless and almost tough. Beans and slaw are not the same. Beans actually had a “tinny” taste. Won’t be back

This has always been a place our family gathered yearly in April as a large party of 50+ because of so many birthdays. This year 2022 is not an option because of staffing. That was disappointing. But other than that the food has been good. Cole slaw, beans and cornbread hush puppies which is served as soon as you are seated are everyone's favorite.

The fried catfish was very dry. It tasted like it was warmed up from the night before. The chicken tenders that my husband had tasted the same. We will not be back unless something changes. Which is a shame this place used to be really good.

Too expensive, better off at Red Lobster. Their all-you-can-eat specials aren't worth it. Everything on on their special list was 20.99 EXCEPT for the crab legs which were $89.99. There is no reason to have a $60 difference between the crab and everything else. You're more expensive than any casino doing all-you-can-eat crab, they'd only charge $40-$50 for the exact same thing.

Fried catfish combo platter was very good, except the bready crab cakes. Enjoyed our server very much. This place needs refreshed with a different flooring and atmosphere. Carpet is depressing color and just seemed dirty. Time for an update!! Dinner was delicious, the Manhattan was just right but was sad to learn there was no orange or cherries for garnish

I'm from the south and this is the best fish place I've been to by far. Wish they had military discount. Oh well I'll definitely be back. They actually season their fish vs other places don't in the Midwest for some reason.

First time eating here and let me tell you from my experience & I absolutely LOVED IT The food was delicious and fulfilling, the service was polite and professional and the restaurant was clean. I will definitely be visiting again. Five stars!
