Yesterday I stopped in to get a Turkey Tom unwich. It’s my favorite. This time not at all. The sandwich was basically to the point of not eatable. You couldn’t hold it, the mayo or something was bad. I told the girl that was making it that there was no way for me to hold that or even eat it. She seemed to not care. So I took it. When I got home it fell apart.
My favorite thing about JJ’s is the bread. So disappointed this evening…got our 2 sandwiches and the bread was hard and stale. At least 1 to 2 days old.
Ordered 2 #9's with hot peppers, no hot peppers and no vinaigrette. Sandwich completely dry. Worst experience I've ever had at a Jimmy John's.
We placed an order at 8:30 am. Wanted order delivered between 11:30 and noon! We called when order was not here! They told us it would 30 min. Short staffed! Called back at 1pm and they said they are trying to get it done! Aka they had not started the order! Manager lied 3 times about order! Finally called back at 2 pm and he said the deliver guy was on his way! In the same breath he said wait…. We canceled your order, we ran out of bread!! This was a 65$$$ order!!!! We give this store a lot of business weekly and yearly! I gave the manager my my for the owner to call back!! No call yet!!!! Very sad!
Food was good but don’t offer no contact delivery if I’m still going to be required to go outside to sign the receipt.
I like Jimmy Johns in general. This location is terrible. Nearly every time I order delivery they call back and tell me they don't have a driver and have to cancel the order. I then have to reorder if I want to come and pick it up. When they do have a driver or I go and pick it up they forget something or get something wrong 90% of the time.
1 hour for food to be delivered. When I called back about my food the guy said it's been out for 17 min. The bread is hard. Don't waste your money.
Zero stars should be an option. What happened to freaky fast? Once again I have been waiting over an hour for my delivery. Called the store and they said it could be 30 mins or more still! This isn’t the first time lately this has happened but it will be the last time I order.
Do not order online. Will take at least 45 to and hour and a half for delivery, so your sandwich will be warm and soggy by then.
If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately this isn't the first time we've waited for over an hour for food. It will however be the last. Once we finally received our order I was handed an expired coupon for a free sandwich. EXPIRED coupon, wow!We opened our unwhiches to find one of them was the smallest thing I've ever seen, was missing the tomatoes and the cucumbers. I literally got some chicken, parmesan cheese and dressing. I decided to call the store and that's where things went real bad. I was told (rudely) "we are short staffed and we don't have time to make sure all the orders are totally correct" then as I tried to speak while still in utter disbelief, I realized the other end of the line was silent. He was no longer there.This location has never been the best and it seems it's just getting worse.
