Best sandwich shop in LS, hands down! When they were temporarily closed due to staffing, I, along with other co-workers visited Jimmy John’s out of lack of options and proximity to our work. It didn’t even compare. Jimmy John’s bread was like stale cardboard, and the sandwiches had no flavor. They repeatedly got our orders wrong and never knew how to tell us how to sign up for their rewards program. LolAt Jersey Mike’s; all of the sandwiches that our team has tried are great and they always get our order right. The chocolate chip cookies are a must! They really need employees to be able to keep on going, so if anyone knows good help, send them their way!
The customer service at this establishment just keeps getting worse and worse each day. When I first started coming to this location, it was about a year ago, I had MAYBE two good experiences. For the past 9-10 months, I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes from the time I order until I receive my food which is usually just two items. Also, other people who have gotten there after me have been served first. When I have asked about my order, I’ve been ignored or been told, “it’s getting bagged..” it takes 5 seconds to put 2 sandwiches in a bag, not an additional 10 minutes.
Jersey Mike 's Italian Subs are the best. We use doordash and it's here in 15 min. Always fresh...yummmmm.
On 3-30-22 Jersey Mikes had advertised that in all stores 100% of the days proceeds were to be donated to Special Olympics. This store had a sign taped on the door saying that they were closed today. WOW! I’m surprised that the franchisor allows this.
Unless you go to Jersey Mike’s personally the food is never correct. The bread is always hard. No one answers the phone ever. The food is so bad and I know they know how to make it right because when I go there it’s made correctly when you get DoorDash it’s disgusting. When I door dash it’s because I can’t go up there but I can’t even call to get my order right and I pay double very very sad.
Don't order the gluten free bread. It cost extra and is horrible. Everything else there seems to be extremely good and worthwhile.
Just went there today on January 16 2022 at 430 pm and the crew there was amazing!!!!! I don’t know any of there names but they all need a raise! Literally the best group of people ever! I’m a pickle freak and asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and they understood the assignment !!! Go check out the Jersey Mikes in Summit Fair in Lee Summit! Run don’t walk!

It was very clean when I went for the very first time this evening but I was pleasantly surprised. The workers were high school students but they were all working hard and seem to enjoy their jobs and everybody was very friendly and the place was very clean and I can't say that I had any complaints. Other than the food being a bit overpriced and that is not within the control of the workers who are there doing the job they did a great job but you know the regular steak sandwich I don't know if it's worth 8 or 9 bucks for that but it's really good it's really really good but you know I mean c'est la vie
