I went through the drive thru this past Friday (06/17/22). In addition to the fact that our food was hot and fresh, the gentleman taking my order and the young man who gave me our food were friendly and helpful and professional. They are the very definition of what good customer service looks like.Thank you for a pleasant experience after a hectic Friday! We will be back.

So, came through, waited 10mins behind someone who also waited 10mins. The manager had a whole attitude when I kept having to ask at the drive thru if he was having trouble, short staffed, like, there was no reason to be waiting that long at all. 2 cars in the parking lot, me and 1 other ahead in the drive thru. He blamed me for why he was going to take longer because I was inquiring with him what in the world was going on. Mind you I'm working and needed to get my food and go. It's a drive thru, you should be able to expect quicker service when the place is dead. He seemed to think it was funny. I didn't. I had to get out of my car to ask the person behind me if they could allow me to pull back out of the lane. Absolutely unprofessional, zero care or urgency whatsoever all cause I wanted to know why I'm sitting here so long.. I had to shut my car off that's how ridiculously slow things were going. No excuse for that. If you think you're managing the place well you're not dude lol. Cause if you were that wouldn't happen. Get with the program homie...

Made an app order and when we went to pick it up, the store was closed. We’ve contacted every customer support we could find and have not been refunded. There doesn’t seem to be a way to actually talk to anyone. Even the corporate number just says “offices are closed” literally all day for several days. If you go to their Facebook page, this isn’t new and people from months ago still haven’t received their refunds.

This place has alot of work to do. It used to be my favorite Jack in the Box, but customer service has gone down, inventory has gone down, and the quality of food has gone down. To top all of the negative, when they are supposed to be open they are not. If they could shut it down and hire better staff, the rating will go up significantly.

Now I see why this place gets bad reviews, website says it opens at 6 it’s 6:45 I go thru the drive thru and the guy on the mic says “we’re not open” when I’ve been coming all week around the same time! Not anymore! Management is falling short hire more people you should be happy people are coming to your place of business considering how the economy is!

Went in drive threw and asked for a vanilla iced coffee with whip cream on top and he said I can’t do that. I asked if I can get an extra pump of caramel on the side and he responded “NOTHING NOTHING ON THE SIDE”They have taken my order exactly like this all the other times I’ve came here. The guy was VERY rude . When I got to the window I asked again and he said “NOTHING MAM, like I said earlier nothing on the side”. He was in such a rush while telling me this. I came in at 8:16pm and the receipt says that the cashier was Kim but it was the guy who took my order . I always get my food here and coffee before work or after work . Very disappointed. I wouldn’t wanna go to any other location but he was just rude.

Need to follow FIFO as they gave me rotten creamer that was curdling in the containers. When i called they said "ok" and hung up. Meanwhile my coffee gets dumped out and it makes me wish i had more time to go somewhere else for coffe. Sad situation that customer service is lacking. Gentlemen in the drive thru with glasses was awesome, however the lady answering the phone definitely gave the impression she hates her job. Wish i had read all the one star reviews. I wouldn't have ever stopped here. I suggest you do the same. The owner needs to clean house. Or shut it down.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich thru the drive thru. Got a Luke warm sandwich that was incredibly tough to bite thru because it tasted like it had been sitting in a warming tray or under a heat lamp for quite some time.

I have been trying to reach corporate about my experience here, being screamed at by the assistant manager, Mike, because I politely informed them that I didn't receive my whole order. Apparently nobody works in the corporate office though as it is "closed" every time I call.I literally sobbed for two hours after finally getting to leave here. He was incredibly cruel and hateful.Edit to reply: I have sent emails through the contact form on the website. I'm still waiting for a response. Still can't get through on the phone either. It was a bad enough experience, that I do feel the need to keep following up on this, but you all won't speak to me.

Tiny Tacos are the best… I only use drive through but I have to say, theEmployees are always so nice and friendly. Way to go for great service
