My server was amazing i wish i could remember her name. She deserves recognition and a raise and a paid vacation and praise and a raise and she should train all new employees if she did your stores would do so much better. I am amazed that there are amazing people like ber in this industry. Anyone that has a chance check out this location and be prepared to leave broke because you are going to want to leave all your $$$ w this server because she deserves it and you will be mad you dont have more to give her!!!
The waiter was really good but my pancakes and French toast was cold when it got to the table. The butter couldn't melt because they were so cold
Nice job! The young waitress was friendly and did a good job of taking care of us. The location is easy to find. Large parking lot on two sides. Handicap/wheelchair accessible. The food was good. Season to taste.
Great breakfast. Love that they have gluten free friendly items. Plus getting the lingonberry toppings on the gluten free pancake was delicious. Rosa was our server and she is amazing. Very sweet and friendly and so attentive to our needs. I would come back just to experience her delightful service again.
We wanted to get out of Independence food area. So we ended up here in Lee Summit. People are nice. Average area was nice. Also did some shopping after. Everything is super close by. One of the better Ihops I habe been to. Waitress was very pleasant and fast. Also she at once has 6 plates on one arm! ?
the help refuses to wait on you so we never been back I wouldn't recommend going to this ihop

The guy who assisted me with my To-Go order was VERY courteous, nice AND considerate. He made sure thT my order was CORRECT and provided me with a bag of 'condiments' without my having to ASK! I was EXTREMELY pleased, since a 'plethora' of eating estaishments FAIL to 'provide' them even WHEN you ask them. I wS EXTREMELY pleased with the service provided and my experience. That guy deserves a 'raise' AND a "round of APPLAUSE' for EXEMPLARY and STELLAR customer service exhibited!:)
There is an immense guilty conscience that weighs down my soul to this day from the experience I had at this IHOP. The poor waiter had his pen stolen by someone in my dining party and the sins bare heavy on my chest. The 7th layer of hell doesn't feel enough for me as the association of guilt has riddled my mind for months. The food was alright.
It was my first experience with IHOP. My server was great. He was very patient with my granddaughter.The pancakes were wonderful!
