I have only picked up online orders from this restaurant. The staff is prompt in offering assistance and they are friendly. Service is always quick and they answer any questions politely.
Okay. . but Associates seemed uninterested in serving fresh ? Seemed warmed over meat. Hope that improves sooner than later.
Got there at 10:32am burger on bun was burnt and curly fries weren't full. Will not be going back. I worked for hardees for 16 years and would never have sent that food out that way.
I guess they don't know how to mop a floor. Food was barely warm.Don't recommend.
Wow!!! Hot and fresh and FAST food. With all that has happened in the world lately getting hot fresh food was rare and I'm so glad I stopped by this location today! Thank you!
Hardees on 3rd in Lee's Summit is busy but better than most fast foods around.
It was horrible..horrible! Tried the double cheeseburger with the special sauce and the sauce was spoiled ..tainted..just gross! And the buger was not flame grilled! Its no wonder they are pretty much instinct! A shame ..because we use to love hardee's.
Wish I could rate the shifts separately. Morning constantly pulled forward with some food even after your pulled around and rude. Evening shift 10/10 friendly fast and never gotten cold sandwich. Rarely a messed up order. Just pick when your going here the morning are really really bad.
I am from the magical place of California, where this restaurant is known as Carl's Jr, so saying "Hardees" feels so wrong, but this is completely besides the point.I've lived in Lee's Summit for almost a year now, and this place is constantly incredible. I've probably been 10-15ish times since moving here, and outside of one time, the food has been amazing. I get the Big Hot Ham (extra cheese, mind you) and bacon ranch fries. It is a perfect meal.Extra special shoutout to the manager there - I think her name is Britney? - for always being ON TOP OF IT. The food is fresh and delicious, and she's been incredibly helpful the one time I had a problem. I hope she is compensated well, because she makes sure this place is outstanding.I'm getting hungry again typing this. Thank you again for being a GREAT spot in Lee's Summit to eat! I won't say who, but certain other fast food places in this city could learn a thing or two from this Hardee's location.
Service was awful. We stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before we got waited on. Food was barely warm.
