Sandwiches were not up to par or properly made. The cookies were sold past their "must use by" date 4 days ago. I spent over $20 for a gross meal and expired cookies..... Very disturbing and disappointing.
Gave my sandwich to the lady who ordered in front of me by accident, which happens, but then made me wait till the end of the line to get it remade after I had already paid. So something that was not my fault and I said was no big deal they made me stand around while they made 8 more orders before remaking mine. What a terrible service
Picked up a doordash from here. It was 3 minutes past the quoted time but there was a long line, a lot of orders, and only 3 of them working so I thought it was reasonable.
Not the first time having issues at this location which is known for skimping toppings but this might have topped them all. Sandwich was suppose to have lettuce, cucumber, pickle, green pepper, Mayo, (vinegar & oil …which was NOT put on the sandwhich, but instead black olives. I didn’t even ask for black olives!) I would not recommend going to this location.
Not many good cents around anymore and I don't get it ... I love this place. Walked in friendly and helpful staff. Place is neat and organized. Bread is sooooo soft and fresh. My sandwich was yummy.hit the spot. I'd eat this everyday if I had my choice. They got me in and out in great time. Thanks for the great experience and within my 30 min lunch period. I'll be back
It has been along time since I've been able to go to a Goodcents restaurant. The customer service was very good. Food is still amazing. The only thing I was disappointed about was the prices for each individual. For the 2 of us we spent $30. Which I do fell is rather high. It would be great if Goodcents would carry. A meal for 2. I love there food. But my budget couldn't afford it much
Good sandwiches but the manager )I’m assuming by the way she was talking to her co-workers) was stopping the line during orders with new staff members. Seemed unprofessional how upset and frustrated she got with the staff not writing down the sandwiches. We gave an extra tip and made sure to show our appreciation. It’s hard to find and train employees these days but I’d hope a franchise/chain had some time to train when they aren’t serving during the busy lunch times. Seemed odd
Not sure what has changed with their bread but it doesn’t taste the same anymore. ? we went to this location about a month ago and then yesterday. Their bread just taste strange now. Makes me so sad because we loved goodcents! Not sure if it’s just this location or all locations. I suppose I will try another store and see ?
I went in to grab a sandwich thinking maybe this location had improved. No.. it hasn’t.Even ordering the sandwich in person it was made completely wrong and missing most the things I’d requested on it. There’s a much better Goodcents off Douglas Street in Lees Summit, I’d highly advise going there vs this dreadful location.
Just got home and opened my sandwich to find it about 10% made with the ingredients that should've been on it. Asked for pepper jack cheese, as you can see there are about 4 triangles of cheese stacked all in the middle. Employee made no attempt to spread them out across the half sandwich I ordered. Asked for green peppers and olives and hardly got any. I am not typically one to leave negative reviews like this but this is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this particular location. Will not be returning.
