I asked for the shaved chicken and they gave me the chunks. The lettuce was brown. They hardly put any condiments on at all… very dry. Disappointing!
So delicious they do things right at this place high quality ingredients and the meat is sliced after you order it. My go-to sandwich is the penny club.
I always thought you got your sandwich put on the paper then slide around while it was constructed. Not here. Put on a tray, the same as all others, then onto the cutting boards, like every other. Then put onto paper then into a thank you grocery bag... when did Mr goodcents aprove that. Girl slicing meat didn't know what meat went on sandwich, had to ask boss... instead of turning to look at menu board. Then waiting while they slipped in a few sandwiches that were going on a to go platter order. Guy that bagged it was very polite. Mainly issue is my sandwich touching so many surfaces like it was...

Ordered online for lunch. One of my favorite sub places. Dont care for the minimum purchase for delivery, nor the delivery charge. If I'm goin to pay a delivery charge first put it towards my charge. Second the driver better get that money, cause at 3.00 I'm counting towards thier tip. I understand some people dont tip. I use to order weekly, however now for me to reach the minimum for delivery, plus delivery charge, my lunch cost me 22.00 for a 12 inch penny club adding bacon.
Sandwiches are always good there except when ghry run out of pepper bread

The girl they had dressing the subs, was extremely slow, was barely putting any topping on even when asked to put on extra. And not personable at all. She wasn't mean or anything, but just seemed like she either didn't want to be there, wanted to try and save money by not putting on toppings, or didn't know what she was doing. Also, the kids mac and cheese we ordered was lava hot when we got it, and took a good 5 minutes of blowing on it, for it to be cooled enough for me daughter to eat it. It didn't need to be microwaved to the point of the cheese starting to darken and harden.
Do yourself a favor and don’t spend your money here. They literally do not put any extras on your sandwich when requested, even multiple times, don’t listen & they overall do things backwards. I’m sitting at home currently with bread for dinner basically because everything I asked for went in one ear & out the other but since they received payment before making your sandwich, of course they don’t care.
