My dad and I dined here a couple of months ago. My scrambled eggs were cooked on the same grill as fish/seafood. They tasted horrible. The waitress brought fresh eggs and they were still fishy. The manager came over to our table and said, “I heard you have a problem with the eggs”. No ma’am, your COOK has the problem. I don’t think I’ll return after that encounter with the manager.
What a great place! It's in a strip just off of Douglas St., South of St. Luke's East. I'd been near it many times but never noticed it. Open for breakfast and lunch with some wonderful dishes that go beyond the usual. I had the grilled chicken scramble; eggs, chicken, veggies over breakfast potatoes and covered with Hollandaise sauce. Yum! Great service, too.
Used to be our favorite place :( Covid or other competitors has put a strain on them. The second we walked in it was different. No one greeted us for some time and when they did she said I’m supposed to be leaving now. As in-hurry up. Our food came with something else we didn’t order and there was an argument at our table about who is belonged to between the manager and the food runner. Awkward. I saw at least two other customers get up and go find a server to bring them their check. Meanwhile, our server slapped the check down with our order and never came back.
Love this little gem of a breakfast/lunch spot! Great service, the options are wholesome however not very keto friendly.My fave omelette to get from here has crab meat inside of the egg layers. Simply delicious pairing:)
Really nice place where the food is JUST the right amount. Not too much and not too little. The potatoes are really well seasoned, I usually add a decent amount of salt to food but I didn't even have to do that with theirs!
In town on a business trip and looking for a good local breakfast spot. This is the place! Quick service, great food, wonderful atmosphere! This place is just what you want in a breakfast placed fast, simple and very good. Stop by you’ll love the potatoes in the amazing homemade toast

It was OK. Homemade biscuits had great taste but cold and hard. Food wasn't seasoned very well. Service was slow. Menu looked to be well thought over but lacked execution.
food was good, could have had a little better server our food was good but not very hot. I would say just kinda warm. We will give them a secound chance.
