Great customer service. Food was amazing. Nice people working !
I think every time I've eaten at Freddy's - from Bowling Green, Kentucky -> to Colorado Springs -> and now here my veggie burgers are always cold and have a fishy taste. Idk why I keep trying lolI rated a 4 because although I didn't enjoy my meal my husband and kid did and the staff at this location are nice ... And it's rough out here, all the kindness is needed and appreciated. Thank you guys!
Good food, fast, reasonably priced. Nice service. My only ding was the tables were all dirty (it was busy!) ..the ladies behind the ice cream area had time to chat around with each other a lot and should have come out and wiped off tables
Trash! Disgusting dining room!
Do not go to this location! Burnt burgers cold fries . A bunch of kids who have no clue what they are doing! Unless you like terrible food. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
I have eaten at Freddy's in Georgia, but this was my first visit to this location in Lees Summit. There was a long line for the drive thru and one of the lanes was closed, so I went inside to order. I ordered the double cheeseburger meal with no pickle. I specifically asked for a double cheeseburger and the picture on the menu clearly showed cheese on the burger, so I thought that is what I would get. I opted for onion rings instead of fries, though the young cashier who was busy answering questions of another female worker about her tattoos, was probably too preoccupied to pay much attention to what I ordered. She (I think) said nothing about a $0.50 upcharge, but that wasn't a big deal. What was? Waiting between 12 and 15 minutes to get the meal. I walked to the car, opened it and NO cheese; nothing but onion! I put on my reading glasses and sure enough, the receipt says steakburger not cheeseburger. Alright, my bad for not checking up on them at every step. The stinky part? The burger was overcooked so heavily that it was much like it was all hard crust. I have had lots of burgers cooked too hot, leaving a crusty edge around the outside, but this was completely crusted on both sides. The only thing they had put on it was the onion. No ketchup or mustard, nothing but a dried up crusty burger with a dry onion slice. Frankly, it was disgustingly gross. One of the worst burgers I have had in a long time. The flavor of burnt crust might have been covered up better by the cheese I asked for, but didn't get that either! The onion rings were so-so and the ice tea was OK, but nothing special. I usually give a place a second chance if there are issues with this first visit, but this was bad enough that it is a 'one and done' experience for me! I supposed overcooked, crusty burgers with nothing on them is what some people like; not me!!!
Ordered thru drive through. Took over 10-15 minutes to get food after placing an order. By the time I got my food it was cold and dry. Ordered number 2 with a Sierra Mist but did not get my beverage. Fries were super salty and dry. Service was super slow. Employee handing food out looks disoriented,
Waiting in a drive thru for about 45 minutes - only to get my order wrong. When I told the guy that he shorted me an order fries… he said ‘it should be in the bag?’ Um… yeah, I know. But it’s not?Frustrated, I just left.Burgers were cold and was shorted an order of fries.Won’t go back.
It had been a while since I had gone there. Been to the new places in town, but wow they are expensive. Remembed how good the food was after the first bite, and almost half the price of the new place. Double bacon cheese burger, fries and ice tea. All good stuff, and open late too. ???
Typically very good. Last visit... was not... quality took a hit. The chili dog was so soggy, the bun became 2 pieces. Chili cheese fries were good... sloppy... but good... not sure when they started the Styrofoam to-go box...
