Worst location in Missouri by far. Not because of the food, but the accuracy of the order. I have been to this location a handful of times and each time, NO exaggeration, my order is either rang up wrong or made wrong. Although it's an inconvenience the old manager at least takes my name and remakes the order the next time I'm in the area. But not this time!I ordered 4 cheeseburgers and 1 hamburger, got home and had one cheeseburger and 4 hamburgers. Got home, got comfortable, and of course the order was wrong. Called and spoke with the manager, Lisa who wanted me to get dressed, travel 30 minutes back to the location, and reorder...poor customer service!
Love the food, service is deplorable. Had to go back to get missed items on my order. Didn’t get an apology or anything, just a smug look. Maybe need to hire more responsible people, except for Ariel. She was the only one not goofing off, and working her tail off cleaning the tables and being polite to everybody. My one star goes to her.
What an experience tonight at Five Guys. Everything was going ok until I got my food. The young guy behind the counter hands me my bag of food and the fries are all dumped in the bag. The cups are basically almost empty from the fries being dumped in the bag. It’s not that the bag traveled far. From the guy in the fryer to the counter. I asked the young guy over the counter if this looks right? He replies “it is what it is” “its ok all your fries are in the bag”. Another employee comes overs didn’t get his name he was tall apologized and offered to get me a new order of fries. He was very nice and repeated to apologize and gave me a new bag with the fries not dumped in the bag. The main issue here is that the guy handing my order didn’t care at all about the fries just being dump all he cared about was just getting the order out. Where is pride on doing a job?!?! Five Guys is not cheap. You expect at least some type of presentation.
Fresh never frozen meat shows in the flavor of the burgers. Shake is awesome!Prices are high for takeout
This is our third time trying this five guys in lees summit and not one time have they gotten my order correct. The reciept and order was taken correctly but the burgers were completely wrong.. I called when i got home I called to speak to someone and the lady i spoke with was rude and told me theres nothing she could do without me coming all the way back up there so she could see the food and the receipt? So unprofessional and there was at least 15 people working back there and goofy around. I will not come back to this location. Poor service and even worse food.
Expensive yes... But you can see that from the menu. Great burger... Yes.Staff looked young and probably under paid but my food was made correctly and in a timely fashion. Some tables needed cleaning and some tidying up could be done but it looks like they are short staffed.
This place is a joke. I seen a recent comment on the burgers and fries costing as much as McDonald's, THAT'S A LIE.. $15 for a cheeseburger and fries.. definitely not McDonald's prices sweetheart ?.. take all the bad reviews serious about this place and take the good reviews as a joke.. take my word on it.. the manager in the black shirt is even a joke.. whoever the DM is of this location needs to re-analyze her taste for management
I was sort of really disappointed. I had heard several people talk them up. The burgers were dry and wasn't crazy about the fries either. Fries were thick wiggly. Sorry, I which I had gone to Freddies.
Haven't been here in months due to previous bad service. Still bad probably my last time ever. Ordered bacon cheeseburger all the way. Had no bacon and only a few pickle chips,a few onions and a a sliver of tomato for toppings. Fries had no seasoning at all and were smaller than previous orders. Had to wait about ten minutes even though there were only 2 customers in store. Thought it couldn't get worse, I was wrong.
Awesome! Big Burgers and fresh fries bring your appetite, and don't forget to get a malt or shake....
