Great food and and some workers are awesome but lately new workers have been dismissive and apparently don't tell some people when the to go orders are ready , I work food delivery service so it hurts my pay and made me late for my drop off , I don't expect anything out of this other than just hope they are more aware and can fix the situation .
Been about three times, all of which my food was barely hot. Overall, before my most recent experience, a 3* (edible but far from my first choice) but today what I received was a completely lukewarm sandwich with an obscene amount of juices or liquid from something which turned it into more of a stew than a sandwich ; the bread was soggy, and the sandwich was a complete mess. Would not recommend at all.
This is by far the worst Firehouse Subs I’ve ever visited! Their wait during lunch rush is WAY too long (minimum of 15 minutes) even though the restaurant is mostly empty. Today they gave me my Italian sandwich with absolutely no meat or cheese! Just cold bread with sauce and veggies (including a big slice of onion I asked be left off). When I returned it to the counter, they laughed then literally lifted up the top bread an placed a hunk of meat inside and handed it back to me. With the onion still on it. I love Firehouse subs, but never again will I patronize the Lees Summit location.

Went for the first time and absolutely loved the food. The store was clean and the speed of service was fair. I would suggest some work on customer service. Was not greeted and the employees kinda just wandered around emotionlessly while we waited for someone to take our order.
Their sandwiches are well built, taste very good. You go get your money's worth. Not to clean but will definitely take out again.
Placed a to go order over the phone. Went to pick up the order and was told that they were still working on it. I waited over 20 minutes and still no order. I then went up to the counter and found out that my order was sitting on the back counter. Very disappointed. Hopefully this doesn't happen to other customers.
Food was really good.The service was excellent and fast.I will be going back that's for sure.
They are the best subs they are better than any place around for sub sandwiches
