The food was goodâ¦very healthy servings. We went for brunch and ordered two of the $6 Mimosas. There was little to no alcohol in them. We asked for two glasses of champagne to compensate. Our server was very professional as he acknowledged our concern and maintained the position of the restaurant. We did not get anymore to drink. Decided to go somewhere else for brunch drinks. Food and service was fine, but alcohol needs work.
Iâve heard a lot about this place. I decided to go try it out. However I was surprised to find the steak was not what I heard it was. For the price I paid the steaks were not the cut I was expecting. The ribeyes were thin and not very flavorful. The service was great and I loved the atmosphere. However not my choice for steaks going forward
Firebird has a nice variety of foods. The waitress are friendly. Seldom have to wait long if you have a reservation.
We were celebrating our anniversary so we chose this restaurant because of the ambience and the quality of the steaks. We both ordered the filet mignon and it was so tender and perfectly seasoned. The Parmesan mashed potatoes were really good and my husband said his au gratin potatoes were really good too. We were treated to a delicious desert that they created for our special occasion. The prices were a bit high but it was nice for a special occasion date.
Everything was great. The wood grilled salmon was slightly overcooked but over all still tasted good. The waiter Travis was excellent.
We wanted to try this new restaurant but the prices were a bit too much. When I received an e-mail announcing two filets and a side for $49.95, we felt this was affordable as a new dining experience. We all enjoyed a 7 oz. filet prepared perfectly with sides that we split. The Broccoli was very tasty and the Parmesan mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy with a little toasted top. Our neighbors accompanied us and shared their sides of roasted vegetables and a Southwestern potato au gratin ( spicy but good). The loaves of bread with real whipped butter added to the great experience. Desert was excellent! Big Daddy's chocolate cake and a Carrot cake was shared by the four of us. Overall, a nice place for an expensive meal but it was worth the price.
Service was great! My wife ordered a steak medium rare but it was more like medium well I ordered the prime rib medium but it was more like medium rare a little tuff to chew and that was unexpected. We still enjoyed our evening and weâll try it again but order different entrees
Honesty, this was our first negative experience here, as we have eaten here quite often in the past. Our server was new and this was his third shift. He did not introduce himself, we had to ask for bread and waited 10 minutes to get it. I ordered my steak medium well and it was well done and chewy. He brought the dessert menu to our table before we were done eating and asked, as my husband was still eating, if we were ready for the bill. This is not his fault, it's management and pushing servers out before they're ready. I left the table to go to the restroom and the manager was close by, so I discussed it with her. She agreed it was all about timing with this new server. When I told her about the steak, she said "Well, that's a kitchen problem." At $50 a plate, that is a sorry excuse.
Food was excellent! Our waiter seemed distracted and uninterested in waiting on our table. We had to wait for the check and then he never came back to get payment, so we ended up leaving cash on the table.
Excellent food and service. Will definitely be going back and trying more menu options as my first visit exceeded expectations.
