Quick service. The price is alright but almost same cost as Olive Garden if you add on a few extras.
I really like this Fazoli's because the food is fabulous. The bread and pasta are impeccable. If only the staff didn't make you feel like an inconvenience if you need things after your initial order.
Very good meal, hadn't been here for months. Chicken Parmigiano. Came out quick and was hot. Bread sticks good as well.
If you like Fazoli's don't go to the Lees Summit location. They suck. Can't even make a meatball sub right. It's not rocket science. And it won't do you any good to go back. Well I went back and this is the salad I got with my dinner(that I overpaid for)
Food was delicious and quick. Staff was friendly brought our food to our table. The restaurant was clean although the parking lot was not well salted and a bit icy due to the recent weather
Good inexpensive food. Not an Olive Garden but the prices are good. And they have great breadsticks.
Fazoli's is underrated. It's like a cheaper and more flavorful Olive Garden. Frankly, it's delicious and I'm not afraid to admit it. I've always had good experiences at this particular Fazoli's. We ate here at least once a week while my wife was pregnant and craving it.
I'm only giving this place three stars because I had a homeboy that work there and he loves that place. But for Italian this is like the Mickey D's of Italian food, guys...and gals ?. I mean it's microwave to the nines. Open up a package throw it in the microwave serve it to the customer. That's what you're going to get from fazoli's. And if it wasn't for my homeboy that worked there before (even though he got fired after like 2 weeks LOL) I would have given this two stars because every time I walk in the restaurant the cheese they use smells like dirty toes and it's just unappealing.
Had soeggitti n meatballs small. And it was still to much. The breadsticks were hot out of the oven, seasoned perfect and stayed soft.
I've gone to this Fazoli's for years and I've always loved it. But lately it's been nothing special. I just got food there tonight and I had to yell through the drive thru intercoms just got them to hear me. I had to go back inside because they forgot my drinks and the food was not as good as it normally is. The bread sticks had no butter and my spaghetti hardly had any sauce. When I went up to the window I was trying to be friendly and ask how the kids day was. He didn't answer and in a monotoned voice told me my total. I'm willing to give you guys a second chance and I've had amazing experiences there. Just the customer service and food there tonight was not good.
