Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza… they didn’t put any buffalo sauce and the pizza was over cooked
Normally we don't have any issues with them but today I ordered a thin crust pizza to be cut pie cut. I checked it multiple times before submitting because I myself have thought I specified pie cut only to realize I didn't. I even had my husband look at it before I submitted it and he confirmed it said pie cut. When we received the order it was cut in squares. This is not the actual problem the problem comes when I called them and asked for it to remade I was put on hold then told that they couldn't remake it but they could give me a credit. They have remade stuff for me in the past when it wasn't right so I don't know why this time is any different.
They literally prep the pizza here better than any Dominos I've ever been to, it's great!
They have been consistently flawless for the last couple years. The store and drivers are helpful and polite.
This location used to get my order wrong all the time and forget about the car-side delivery customers. I order here every month and it has improved in the past 4 months so much so that I don't worry that's it's going to come out wrong or late anymore.
I love this place. Most importantly, I love the staff. I know people post reviews all the time because they have something in it for themselves, but not me. I just think these guys need some positive recognition. I frequent this location about twice a week. Usually late evenings. I’ve NEVER heard them complain. Not a ONE of them. They are ALWAYS hard at work on SOMETHING. I’ve been in on busy days, and I’ve been in on dead nights. They always are friendly, courteous, helpful, and the pizza always comes out amazing and fresh. Not just some of the time. But ALWAYS. Very consistent, and I love that about them. Good job dominos on Rice Rd. Nicely done! ??
First time ordering Domino's, it was easy to order online and I love how you are able to track the status on your food. Very pleased with being able to track the delivery as well, so I could meet her at the door. Thanks Domino's
I am never disappointed with Dominos pizza. I think it is absolutely delicious. Tonight Randy cooked and Jason delivered. Randy did a wonderful job, and Jason was very courteous and professional. Thanks so much for great food and service!♥♥♥
Have been calling this location for the 4 years we have been in our home and I guess it's hard to come by workers who know how to look up the correct address. I suppose $15 an hour isn't enough for them to do a good job.Couldn't find my address in the system but I'm 4.1 miles from the store. Anyways, any pizza place is really going down hill these days I guess.... disappointed.
30-40 minute delivery turned in to 70 minutes. Then when our order DID show up, the delivery kid, Jackson, had a very poor attitude and replied with "well we're busy, sorry" when we told him he was delivering HALF of our order. So I called the manager. Shocking that they knew exactly what was missing from our order. The rest of our order was delivered 10 mins after my call to the manager, by the same kid, and this time his attitude was even worse. He handed the boxes to our daughter, and then literally tossed the dipping sauces AT her. Kid is lucky I just had surgery or he wouldn't have walked away so easily. You do NOT toss things at anyone. We will definitely not order from this location again.
