So my boss brought these in for us mom's on mother's day and wow these cookies are YUMMY. I tried the strawberry one and the oatmeal chocolate chip and I absolutely loved them. Can't wait to have my husband try these!
I’m literally so upset. I LOVED Crumbl Cookie, but this time getting it was not good. First, all my cookies are COLD. The mystery cookie, Oreo, is solid cold, like they just took it right out the fridge and put it in the box. The cookies also look like they were just thrown in the box. Icing barely on one of them and they just threw the chocolate chip cookie on top of the other. And my order in the app still says it’s waiting for me to pick it up even though I clearly have so I don’t know if I’ll even get the points for it. I was really hype about the selection but this simply didn’t meet the standards.
This is a must-try cookie shop! The cookies are fresh, beautiful, and absolutely delicious!
At the Lee's Summit location, they need someone dedicated to work the front counter all the time. I've patronized this store several times since they opened and this has always been an issue but I didn't want to give a bad review until now, however because there's been no improvement in this area and this morning was no different I felt I had to say something. No one was up front to service customers as they came in, even though several employees were working at the time. This resulted in having to wait at the front Online Pickup counter for 10 min before anyone even noticed I was there. There were no other customers ahead of me either so there was no excuse to not have one employee offer to help me. To make it worse, I could see my order sitting on a back counter when I first arrived but again, it was 10 min before I finally got someone's attention and when I mentioned that the order was just sitting there the whole time one of the employees rudely snapped at me, like as if I shouldn't be complaining. With the high prices they charge plus the terrible customer service, I'll never return.
Trash. Three weeks in a row, 3 orders where the cookie has been unlike the picture or a complete disaster. Today I ordered the waffle cookie and what was pictured was a cookie with syrup and a butter icing on it. What I got was a plain cookie with a hard lump of something, and a grade school cafeteria package of syrup. This place is too expensive to be this bad. $4 for a trash cookie not even made right. These little girls they have working in this place don’t care. Avoid this scam place!!!!!Edit: the cookie was nasty too. A flavorless circle of baked dough with the nastiest off brand syrup I’ve ever tasted in my life. I literally turned around and took the nasty thing back and let them dispose of it. I can’t imagine what that rock of “butter frosting” would have tasted like.
One of our absolute favorite places! My toddler is extremely excited to see the flavors of the week. These cookies also make for a great and east gift!
