Okay, so here’s the deal. My daughter is a picky eater and her favorite place to go is Chipotle. She orders a bowl with white rice, sour cream, and cheese. That’s it. For years, I’ve been going into this place ordering her this specific item that is qualified as a 3 Pointer (Google it) and 75% of the time, the young people working the line want to argue about what it is like the own the dang chain. They THINK I should pay $9 and call it a veggie bowl. An item that has no veggies on it. And trust me, I’ve tried replicating the rice, sour cream, and cheese to save me the hassle and it’s not the same for her. She loves Chipotle, and I wish did. This is review is to say, please, when I come through with my daughter in tow and ask for rice, sour cream, and cheese, and I kindly say, yeah, it’s a 3 pointer. Just say, okay. And write 3 pointer on the lid. There’s no need to argue with the customer. Even if you think you’re right, who should always be right? The customer. There’s no need to flip your hair and run off in a tizzy when I ask to speak with a manager. It’s just that simple, write down 3 pointer and move along. We all just want to freaking eat and make sure our kids eat. Not pay $9 for a scoop of rice, sour cream, and a sprinkle of cheese. Seriously. It’s not that hard to comprehend. I’m okay with paying $5.50 for the bowl but not $9.

I didnt realize this was the only store where the food comes out of the employee check. That's the only logical explanation for why those half minded people in the kitchen, make delivery orders with the portions of a child and get this, they dont even put meat in the burrito half the time. THURLESTER is the DD name. How about u stop screwing with my money and food before I have to come to the store and show u human waste for brains how to make a proper burrito with common sense. Amazing u all make it to work everyday with hitting trees, lights, people etc.

I love Chipotle. I've always had a good experience. My sister recently moved here so we thought we should try the Chipotle near her home. First, the serving size was the skimpiest I've ever seen. The rice was undercooked, but tasted like it was on high (mushy wkth a mix of hard). By the time I got to the last bites, I started to have terrible stomach pain. I felt sick for the next 3 hours, but thankfully it passed. I won't be eating here again!

Never had to have double meat before. There idea of a scoop of meat is a joke I was charged for what should be a regular size scoop as double all I see is rice and beans ..I might as well be vegan, and it was cold ....smh we gotta do better chipotle

Had the pleasure of taking my 13 y/o there for the first time. We both had a chicken bowl and he thought it was AMAZING (too). My 8 y/o was not sure about trying everything all at once in his bowl but tried mine and liked it better than his steak and rice. Long story short... it's one of my favorite places to eat!

I go here every week because it's close to my job. I get the same thing every single visit, hard tacos. I get my meat on the side so my taco shells are not soft by the time I get back to work. My only problem would be they are not consistent on my to go meat bowl. If it's someone new they'll give you the tiny cup which holds the sauce for your meat. When you tell them that's the wrong cup they will argue. I don't work there but go enough to know what's wrong. I asked did something change because maybe the rules were changed & she said no it's what was always given.

Great location and awesome hardworking staff! So heart warming too to be recognized as a uniformed service member, kudos to the manager Kevin the burrito and hospitality made my day after a tough workday. Going to miss this gem of a chipotle location!

The order was done super fast. No complaints. And everyone was very nice. The guacamole was so yummy! Awesome job night shift!

I came to chipotle around 6pm last night but the meats were old and dry specially the tofu. When I asked them if they were cooking more they stated it would be a wait but that’s the way it looks and it’s meant to be dry. I knew that was not true so I denied it and left.Bad / rude serviceBad & dry foodAt this location, the other locations are so much better

These employees have no enthusiasm. They need to atleast seem happy to be there and to help the customers. Provide basic customer service.
