If I could give this Chipotle 0 stars I would. First off if you do an online order they never do it right. They give you smaller portions and they really just don't care cause you are not in their face. You cannot even call to complain, they don't answer the phone and the mailbox is full. Hmmm. I see why. Then try to call corporate on them. Once you get through the voice control, they leave you on hold forever. My guess is that this company won't be around too much longer. Champion Burrito will take them out. Should have went there anyway. Good luck if you chose this location.

This Chipotle is a hit or miss. Never consistant with the quality of the food. You can go in here expecting to have moderate to long wait times. Another thing I've noticed is that the employees never seem to be happy. I've only seen one guy be upbeat and happy while working, so I'm not sure what's going on there. Would like to see a smile from time to time.It also seems like everyone working there hates their job, which in turn puts off an unfriendly vibe to us customers. It seems like they just hate taking our orders.Overall, this Chipitle is okay. I've never had a problem with an incorrect order, but there are some things they can improve on customer service wise.

Got my wife a burrito bowl, and she doesn’t do rice or beans, asked for veggies and chicken and the lady barely put any veggies in there. Then when she put the chicken in she did a small scoop but I watched her do the people around me regular scoops. The next person did the same thing with the lettuce and sour cream. I don’t know what the deal was but when I seen the people in front and behind me get their food but mine seemed rushed and then the bowl had to have another one put under it and when we got home it had fallen apart and the wife got a piece of it in her mouth. Raytown chipotle is slower but better service.

Continued failure. Half the order Was missing or incorrect. Left out chips when cheese and guacamole was sold as a side with chips. Tried to call to get it on the record for yet another chance for them to make it right and no answer. The recording said “the were too busy providing excellent service to their customers”. Ha ha ha. Gave up and attempted to eat what was in the bag and two Tostitos into the guacamole we undercover the produce label. Place has yet to get one order right.

Had an online order, waited ten minutes.. still nothing. I asked if my order was ready for pick up yet and showed my confirmation email. Instead of prioritizing my order, they ask me to wait in a lengthy line to order my entire order and wait. Another 20 minutes later I finally have my order unhappy. No type of management made me feel like my lost order was any issue to them. Maybe this is their standard at this location, will never be here again. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service.

I fully know how karen this is but the cilantro in the rice is kind of out of control. There are like 3inch pieces. I honestly hate cilantro but i get that cilantro rice is whats available but like I dont want to be picking out stems and branches, whole leaves on branches just to get a bite. Did corporate ask yall to not cut up the cilantro? Are there other options? We do Chipotle every week and the giant cilantro pieces are ruining it for me.

Don't go here!!!!!! Picked up order. Tiny portion. Thought I forgot to order rice and then I realized there was just so little. Also cold af.

Online ordering is the worst at this location. don't even think about it here. Accuracy and Portions are out of control. Constantly not getting the extra portions I paid for and/or the wrong ingredients. Decided to do a walk in order to avoid the online ordering issues, again served me and customers before me with the smallest portions. For real was a dusting of sprinkles...Don't waste your time at this location. Staff is friendly and seem to be working very hard, but the accuracy and portion sizes are failing successfully here.

Order accuracy is a serious issue here. Consistently have not included the additional portions I paid for and/or given the wrong protein entirely. Pulling the plug from online ordering at this location. Highly recommend a different location and/or Costa Vida down the street.

Looks like a baby had a bad day. ? I’m not one to complain I’m here to remind y’all even when it gets hectic with walk-ins door dash and everything else. Service is still number one. Everyone has their off days just make sure it’s on their off days feel me? ?? #NotMadJustAReminder
