Great hangout, comfortable atmosphere, great service and a variety of great food choices. Family friendly or great for a quiet date night. Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor: look elsewhere. First off, the waiter completely spilled our drinks all over us. One of my party had to ring her sweater out because it was soaked with our drinks. The waiter was very apologetic, but never informed the manager what happened and it appeared that they had no intention of doing so. We never received all of our food that we ordered, never received drink refills, the main appetizer came out with our food, and I found a BUG in my food! The staff that took my food back, who was not our waiter or the manager, had an attitude that he had to address this issue and that I lost my appetite after finding a bug in my food. We asked our waiter who the manager was and they sent him over, and the manager stated that he wished we would've told him about these issues as soon as they happened, but when I let him know about the bug, he informed us that they just had the exterminator visit! Disgusting! It is the staff's responsibility to let the manager know about the issues the party on which they are waiting is experiencing. All in all, I will never return to this location. The service was horrible, the payment process was horrible, the food was horrible...I would spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
I've been here a couple of times and I haven't had any complaints. Staff is nice and food is always as expected in terms of both time and quality.It's not a big deal for me, but I know it is for others so I need to mention the restrooms. It's not really that it (men's room) was dirty, because it didn't seem to be. It just isn't really, "visually appealing." I've posted pics of these for you to decide if it's something you care about or not. I will say there was no hand soap in the men's restroom. Unless there are more than the two soap dispensers on the wall.
The service was horrible, the waitress only came to the table one other time besides to give us our food and it wasn't even our waitress who delivered it. The food was not very well cooked at all. Then when we went to pay we got charged double what we should have and couldn't even talk to anyone because no one came back to the table. Then when we paid we were going to leave the tip on the table and wouldn't let us pay until we put a tip into the machine. We sat for 30 mins waiting on our desert and it was just put in a Togo container for us to leave. We will not be returning to this place at all
Ordered online i was able to relax at the bar until my order was ready. The bartender Makayla provide a awesome service she was able to add a frozen margarita to my order with ease she did not make me feel like I was bothering her even though she was ripping and running awesome service thank you!!
Service was terrible. The place was dead and she still couldn't keep up. She screwed up the food order, forgot my margarita, and no straws or silverware for the kids. The nachos and margarita were gross. I really wish I had taken a picture of the nachos. The chips looked burnt and the "meat" was all dried out. It looked like burnt slices of sizzlean. If you don't know what that is google it. Never going back.
Last night I ordered Valentines Dinner to go. My side salad was a half cup of iceberg lettuce, nothing else and did not even fill the cup. The honey Chipotle chicken was burned. The cup of soup that cost four dollars wasn't even a half of a cup. This covid has taught me to be patience, but this is the third time in three months our order from Chili's was totally horrid. So sad.
Excellent service. Their staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful! Our order came out quickly and was the good general quality of Chillis. Great overall experience.
Been a long time since the kids and I have been. The food was good, we got in pretty quickly, Friday night too. Got the three for 10, was a lot of good food as well. So we will have to start going back. ?
