I went in and bought a carton of cigarettes, Winston Light 100's to be exact. They were listed as 2.00 off when you buy 2 packs, a savings of 10.00. I thought GREAT!! Much to my dismay, I did NOT receive the discount.. I asked why? Because I bought a carton is what I was told. 10 packs is 10 packs, whether it's in a carton or loose.. am I correct?? I will NEVER stop here again. I don't care if my suv runs out of gas at this location, I would push it to Temp Stop. At least they give there customers decent service !!!
Good pizza for sure. Cashiers don’t get enough credit for dealing with people mood swings every single day. I’ve seen so many rude people get angry with the cashiers because their being impatient. They deserve better. People should be more grateful because they’re taking time out of their day to make sure you have your needs for your day, but also to make a living.
When I walked to get pick my order up no one would even talk to me. I Order pizza two different times online got there at the suggested time which was 45 minutes and they hadn’t even started it. No one even said thank you.
Order pizza’s with a 75 minute pickup time. They did not start making pizza until 2 hours later. Worse running story I’ve seen as the workers say this happens every weekend.
Ordered 3 pizzas and got the complete wrong order call the store and I get busy tone continuously which means the phone is off the hook also waited 80 mins to get the wrong order
Soooooo I ordered a pizza last night at 10:10pm pick up was at 10:38pm i just grabbed my pizza and wings and went to my car. As I’m driving home it was dark and I decided i was going to eat a slice on the way home. Well once I got home my husband opened the pizza and was really confused to see it like this. All the slices still stuck together with cheese none of the crust edges are touching no pepperoni from one slice lining up with another. Also some slices are LITERALLY LAYING ON TOP of others some slices aren’t even touching other slices. You can tell the crust of some slices are from a completely different pizza. Not only is this disrespectful and disgusting it didn’t seem to be an issue to Casey’s manager.
Staff is rude an food is subpar
After a DoorDash driver had taken my food and cancelled my order, I had contacted the store. The lady working (although it was not Casey’s issue) was so apologetic and great at making it right on her end. I love this store and will always be a customer but today really showed me just why I like this location! Thank you for always going above and beyond to take care of your customers! It doesn’t go unnoticed!
Well I just became “that guy” over $2 I love Casey’s but avoid this location whenever possible. It’s dirty, cluttered, slow, old pizza and their credit card machine won’t take my chip card unless I try three times then swipe. ( works everywhere else ).Today though I bought a car charger because my phone was dead. Says $24.99 ( pic attached ) rang up as $26.99. When I asked I was told literally “ it’s $26.99 so um yeah “ I asked why the package says $24.99 and her answer was just to give me the total ( at $26.99 price ) I paid and left. Hopefully never to return
This is absolutely the worst gas station I have ever been to. The staff is extremely unhelpful after you have to chase them down for assistance. They don’t have any idea where the order has gone to and will not make food items they stated were already given to someone else. Extremely rude.
