The experience started out great. Chips and drinks were brought to us immediately. No one came to take our order. It wasn't busy when we got there. People who arrived after us seated in the same area were getting food yet no one ever came back to take our order. We were there at least 25 minutes or more with no service. Finally left money on the table for our drinks and left.
Excellent food and service. We stop here weekly.
Date night at Carmen's is awesome. Great food. I have not been an avid Mexican restaurant patron because I thought I could make the food as well or better. Well I was wrong. My wife love's Mexican food and so I took her here. We have now been three times. It has surpassed expectations each time. My mouth started watering just looking at the menu and then eating the food continued to be surprised. Great good. Amazing prices. Great service that was efficient and friendly. Love this place and will go again. So much food we had to take home leftovers which I just ate and were again delicious.
We had excellent food and the portions were more than enough for an adult . . Service was decent but could have been a little faster . We noticed that the waitress did not write anything down and they got some orders mixed up . They also left our to go order up at the register for a period of time before it was delivered to us . We weren’t very happy about that but it was still pretty good food .

If you ever have a not so pleasant experience here, I encourage you to go to the bar side! My husband and I come here once a week and we have nothing but great experiences! The food is always consistent, whoever is serving behind the bar does an amazing job, and I will literally never choose another Mexican restaurant!
Good place to eat. We have never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and the food comes out out and fresh. 2/$7 house margaritas on Tuesdays.
Absolutely terrible service our waiter couldn't even listen to our order I had to repeat 6 times that I wanted a beef Taco salad and he kept coming back because he apparently forgot. Then after we ordered our drinks and our waiter just stood there staring at us while we were trying to decide what to get. The food was absolutely delicious but my family will no longer go there to eat because of the terrible service.
Busy and the waiter was nice and attentive. When the food came out they gave me the wrong food. It got sent back and what I ended up with was carne asada with red sauce. It was supposed to be Chile Colorado, which is cubeded steak in red sauce. It was okay but definitely will be looking for a better place to get Mexican food from. I gave it a three stars because I didn't get what I ordered and I never was offered a refill until we were about to leave.
The experience wasn't good. We went on taco tuesday and Habaneros blows this place away.
