My dad said The beer is amazing and the waiters are sooo nice and they let you have all flats on you wings just amazing the waiters are really slow but it’s still so good and the appetizers come fast and the new Mountain Dew legend is decent and the cheese curds are good just you don’t get much the tv are nice to Watch when your waiting for your food the wings look amazing
Today, we decided to come for lunch for my 8yr olds birthday. They were short staffed today, but even with constant traffic, every member of the staff was so nice. We sat at a high top booth in the bar and the bartender/server was so friendly. We got our food quickly, and my kids were so happy with their meals. I saw the Manager smiling and greeting and seating people. This is by far the best service we have received at BWW and I am really thankful the staff made my sons birthday lunch so incredible!
Completely empty yet 40 minute wait. Order online cheesecake and chocolate cake and stated 1 hour wait. Sent my kiddos to get because that couldn’t be possibly right for something premade. They told my child it would be a while. Called kids to see what was hold up and told them ask again. Turns out it’s been sitting on shelf the whole time. Ridiculous
Restaurant was very short staffed but the staff that was present did AMAZING! The managers were very attentive and helped out the serving staff. The staff kept positive attitudes and made sure we were taken care of when it came to our food & drinks through out the entire night. 10/10 recommend visiting this location!
Waited about 15 minutes before we were acknowledged, then another 10 minutes before our order was taken. When it arrived, we told the server bringing it we needed ranch. He never came back so after watching our waitress standing around, we got up and asked her for the ranch. When she finally brought it, she didn't think to ask about refilling our drinks. The place was not very busy with most of the tables being empty. Our waitress said she was so busy. I watched her wait about 3 tables. I know places are understaffed but this was ridicules. At some point you have to draw a line and let poor employees go rather than allow poor performance effect your business. We will not be back!
Mistie and I believe the other manager was Kim deserve so much credit! Last night February 25, 2022 they were completely understaffed on a Friday night 2 servers were there no cooks(maybe 2) were there but these two ladies took off their manager hats and put on server and cook hats. My initial party was at 10 but ended up only being seven and our food did take quite a while the service made it worth it. We were taken care of and they were transparent the entire time telling us what was going on and the reason our food wasn’t there and what to expect. I can say things bad but the only bad thing about the situation yesterday is servers didn’t show up to work. Thank you ladies and we will be back!!!
I have eaten here on occasion with takeout. First time ever eating at the restaurant itself. Great service from the server. Did have to wait about 10 minutes for a booth, was not crowded appreciated that. Food was excellent could have had a little bit more on the fries but overall great experience. Definitely do not mind eating there again.
Ordered online. 10 boneless wings and a cheesecake. Only thing I received was the cheesecake and ranch, even though the receipt on the bag clearly pointed out that I ordered wings! Thats the first and absolute last time I order online from there, cuz clearly whoever was in charge of that order wasn't paying attention!
Solid experience from the late night bartender. All they had available was wings and fries but that was fine. Tots were hit and fresh. Wings were good and well sauced. My new after work place!
Ordered 120 wings on FRIDAY before the Sunday AFC championship game. Email confirmation said pickup by 1:30. Arrived at 1:30 and wings were not ready, was to9ld they were working on them. One hour and thirty minutes later they brought up a bag with 30 wings and said here is my order. Needless to say things went even further downhill from there. The manager on duty was completely useless and just blamed the computer system. After a few choice words I was told I could not come back to HER restaurant anymore & I left 1 hour and 35 minutes after I arrived with no food. This morning (Feb. 2, 2022) I received a call from the hospitality manager Rachel who was very nice & apologetic for what had happened with the food and for the behavior of the manager on duty that day. If any of the higher ups at Buffalo Wild Wings reads these messages, you need to get rid of manager that was working at 1:30 Sunday and replace her with Rachel who seems to know how to deal with customers and actually talk to humans politely.
