Signed up on the app to use coupon. The window person said they have no scanner and I couldn't use coupon from app. Very disappointing....Info filled out - Thanks for link 06/02/2022 - Look forward to your reply06/26/2022 As I thought, still no reply from Arby's filled out info on the link they provided below and yet another failure by this company.
I can’t by and wanted to try the chicken salad sandwich and I don’t live far from arbys soo my fries should not have been cold and my poppers also cold and the chicken salad sandwich was warm, I checked the temp of it and was 58degrees. I am in food and know it was out of temp so there was a waste of my money!! I tried calling the store with no answer…. Super sad!I got a reply and was told to go to a website to give info to the store and someone would reach out to me… well nope nothing…. I have not been back to Arby’s since…?
Great window employee and yummy food. My roast beef and cheddar was hot and yummy and soft. My favorite place to go for Roast Beef and Ham sandwiches.
Lights are on but nobody’s home what’s the point of having a drive-through coned off and then have a thing say drive-through only
Decided to give them another try after a year, go to Lee’s location at 7pm and worker has the drive thru block. All she said, very rudely was, we closed and walks off. I will not be coming back to this location.
Went there at 7pm on Saturday the 26th and they told us they are closed for the night. With people in the lobby. This is not the first time we have been there and had the same response. Hopefully we get a Lions Choice on this side of town.
Tried the Diablo Dare. Not as spicy as I was expecting but the BBQ sauce had a good flavor!
Sitting in drive thru. EXTREMELY SLOW!! Stuck because we can’t get out of line! Ordering…they are out of potato cakes, out of onion rings, out of Dr. Pepper!! We should have just not ordered. It took 25 minutes from when we first got in line to receiving our food. Drive-thru is the only option since the lobby is closed. The lady at the window apologized and said they only had two people working. Poor lady. Don’t bother coming to this location.
They accepted an UberEats order at 9:18 PM. When I called them at 10:45 pm to see if they had any idea why my food hadn’t been picked up yet, they said they had closed at 9 pm. Not sure why they accepted my order and let me wait for an hour and a half for food that wasn’t coming.
Friendly employees. Good food. Good value
