Service just sucked. Nice atmosphere, couldn't get a second drink even after tipping 100% the first round. I love dives, ut this one is a hard NO!
We stopped in here for a Bachlorette party. Our first bartender was nice and the patrons were great but an older lady came in to take over bartending and was completely rude. She was yelling at regulars and treating us like an inconvenience for being paying customers in the bar. We were had a pretty good experience prior to her coming in but with how she started treating us we left and probably won’t come back.
The only spot I'm aware of in KC that still serves Stag beer. This is a cozy lovely dive that presents Kansas City's best asset first; it's people. You can't help but rub shoulders with us. Cheers! ?

Fun no frills dive, cash only but there is an ATM on site with a 2.99 fee. Friendly patrons and attentive bartender, will visit again when I’m back in town!

Make sure to bring cash. I love this bar for the fun and quirky nature it has. There is a genuine feel from the bar tenders that they want you to have fun. They aren't pushy or annoyed when the crowd shows up. They are very kind and patient with guest which is refreshing in a bar setting.

Probably the most inattentive bar I have ever come across! Definitely would not recommend to anybody had to wait so long to even get a refill. The bartender was more interested talking to her friend then doing her job ?
