Only giving 2 stars because the staff was super friendly and patient while taking our order since we have never been here before. As for the food, not even a full hour after eating it I experienced sweats and food poisoning symptoms. It was terrible and lasted almost all night. I'm not sure if it was the Cole slaw or chicken. I'm assuming it was the Cole slaw since my husband didn't eat that and I did. I'm sensing something was cross contaminated and safe food practice is needed for kitchen staff because that was awful.
Was looking forward to some good chicken. Disappointed. Wings were tiny and very average. For a place that specializes in chicken, we were not even impressed a little bit. The fried pickles were nothing but breading and even the breading wasn't good. We will never be back. I've never posted a positive or negative review. This restaurant warranted a review.
The best customer service. Always so kind and helpful! The food is delicious, too. The wings are good. The Cobb salad was huge, super fresh, and tasty.
Its a decent place to buy Chicken meals. Although sometimes their chicken breast sandwiches can be woody at times, and it can even be an entire burned breading with little meat inside. Also if you order a large order check and make sure you get what you paid for as they can forget to give you some of what you paid for. This happened to me Multiple times and they even "forgot" to give me an entire meal at one point when I made a large order. Check your food.
Really clean! Staff was amazing. Really friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this KC Zaxby's location over any other. Also found it amazing that they were playing Christian music on Sunday❤️
Staff is honestly poorly trained and rude. We use to frequent this location often (like two times a week). We’ve had multiple accounts of paying for Zax sauce and not receiving them, which whatever it’s $0.25 no big deal. We tend to visit on Sundays for the free shareable with the family meal deals. FREE being the key word there. We have reminded them at the window and still have been charged for it. I contacted management after it occurred a third time and was given an apology. We visited again, we reminded them at the window and we were still charged. Luckily a gentleman named Brandon caught the mistake and refunded the money. We visited today and my fiancé reminded them 4 times at the drive thru speaker to Michael. A woman jumped on and rudely told us to remind them at the window. We were not charged for them but when we got home, we found we did not even receive them (at least we weren’t charged this time). It’s annoying that it’s the same mistake on multiple different occasions. We love Zaxbys but this location is poorly operated.

There are three chicken tenders in the Big Zax Meals (or whatever it’s called). What I had received were tiny bits of chicken no bigger than my thumb. I had expected big juicy tenders for what I had paid. The chicken was also dry and overcooked. The flavor wasn’t special enough to entice me to return to give it another chance.I did give it more than one star because the workers are the most polite people I’ve ever seen in fast food. My criticism is mostly to do with the puny size of the main course. The piece of Texas toast was far bigger than my protein and I didn’t exactly want to eat bread for most of my meal.

Food is amazing, service incredible, but it feels like their thermostat is set on 40 degrees F. It's too cold guys. Also their floors are always sticky but I don't think it's their fault, it's bad building materials.
