Tortillas do not heat up to be fluffy but crispy instead. But I’m from SanAntonio, and Midwest Mexican is an acquired taste. Also the horchata has coconut milk and is more of a yuppie flavor. I wish them well in business but prefer the taste of food on Kansas avenue.I increase to three stars from two because the owners at least took the time to respond and educate. Thank you.

Oh my goodness! I went for the Rick Mullins popup and the food was to die for. I hate mushrooms with a passion but absolutely loved this quesadilla!! I would recommend any of the pop ups Yoli does and their tortillas are amazing

I've been a fan of them at the Overland Park Farmers' Market since they started. Their addition of the Sonoran style flour tortillas is most welcome. Picked up a 6 pack of panchita tamales today!
