you cannot go wrong with these wings. they have several sauces, they fat good quality but service do be kinda slow
Baby!!! The food is banging the customer service is funny and exciting. And I can't wait to go back. My little girls loved the fish and sauce.
The line is NO EXPRESS AT ALL!! The business needs to work on taking multiple orders and getting them out within 15 mins tops. I would visit more often but unfortunately the wait will have me and other customers staying away.
The black lady (I think she owns the place) has a stank attitude and poor customer service skills. As much money as I spent at her establishment in the past 2 years, waiting in that long line for 45 minutes+ each visit, I am disgusted with her nasty spirit.She gets impatient with menu questions and talks to you as if you’re a child or incompetent. This is why as a black woman I am hesitant with supporting black businesses because you help pay their bills and they treat you like dirt in return.Lady, you don’t have the only chicken spot in the city. Yes, the chicken is delicious, but my respect is more important so I will take my money elsewhere and never eat here again. I pray that God heals the bitterness in your heart - can I suggest retirement perhaps.Stop supporting black businesses that disrespect you!
The prices they charge doesn't match the portion of the meal. (Especially the side orders) The wait time is ridiculous. Also the person in the window isn't friendly and rude.

Like every other restaurant this place chili will have a line oh, they are quite slow, be patient and once you get to the order board they may not even ask to take your order and if they do they may not even acknowledge that they got the right order again be patient stuff like that irritates me but once you get your food woosah the relief begins as you bite into that first bite of deliciousness oh, customer service for me leaves a lot to be desired but the food is good
The chicken strips here are ALWAYS good. I was super disappointed in their dinner rolls. They used to be warm and buttery. When I went the other day they were cold and not buttered, just like someone opened the package tore a roll off and the it in the bag. Ugh!
Food is great bif you can bear the wait. Expect to wait 30 min on the low end depending on the time of day. The wait and the fact that the line goes into the street is the reason I don't go more often.
This place is around the corner from my house and there is always a huge line so I decided to try it after work on Friday. First of all they increased the price by $10 from what was listed on the website for the dish that I ordered. It went from $20 to $30. The chicken was soggy and disgusting and not fresh. The coleslaw tasted like it was rotten. I thought it was going to be so much better being that there was such a long line. Terrible food, I will never go back
