Easily the best burger I’ve had in Kansas City. The cheddar burger is what you want, maybe with bacon. So unpretentious and an easy going Irish dive bar. They also donated burgers to KU med staff during the worst of covid, even though their business was obviously way down. What a great place.
Had a blast met Ryan, Spencer, Ryan, and tennis pro/Chef-Jorge!! Can't wait to go back for burgers! Great drinks! TV's to watch the game, dart boards. Family owned for over 45years. Plenty of parking.
If you like St Louis style pizza, this is a good place. Hamburgers are very good too.

Burger order: Swiss, add bacon, bbq sauce on the side. Order onion rings instead of fries.To dress the burger: Place included pickles everywhere you can, grab an onion ring that is the same circumference of the burger patty this is you perimeter ring, pour bbq sauce into the void of the onion ring. Then place an onion ring that is the circumference of the interior of the perimeter ring on top, this is the cap ring. Replace the top bun. Enjoy!
