This was the most appalling so called place to eat I have been too in years! It was filthy. And it was extremely unfriendly. We and they had tables open and told us it was an 45 minute wait! I told my family thank you God he knew this is a awful place. I am completely stop going to any Waffle House anywhere.
Won't post photos. So iconic everyone knows and loves the big yellow. The wonderful thing about WH is they're everywhere and the quality is consistent everywhere you visit. Wonderful food, served promptly with pride. This location is a great example. You're greeted immediately upon entering. Placing your order shortly after sitting - no matter how busy they are.Love their waffles. Biscuit and gravy mm-hmm, and scattered, smothered and covered for me please. Don't know what that means? Go here and start your homework.And tip your servers well. It's the folks that really make this place great!I overheard a conversation btw the lady in charge and someone who apparently was a recent hire. They were talking about how she liked it so far. The young lady mentioned she wanted to make more money. The manager was encouraging her about how great a place to work WH is. New gal said, "Easy for you to say, you're on salary as a manager.". Ah, youth. You know what was awesome? An indication that there is hope for this nation? The manager lady didn't hesitate. She said, "So work harder. Do better. Work your way into management like I did."Wow. Wise woman. Great place. With everything else that makes it great, now if you visit you can be part of the proper education of our youth.Didn't catch the Manager's name but she's got a fan. My husband and I stopped for a quick bite on our way back to Iowa, it’s right off the exit. We had a wonderful dining experience and our waitress Kylie was one of the best waitresses I’ve had in a long time!! It was also our first time ever coming to a waffle house, the food was cooked just the way we ordered it and it came out to us fast!! I would definitely recommend anyone to go here if they want some tasty breakfast food and ask for Kylie she’s great!!!
Gross food. I understand that they have just recently reopen, but this morning they were out of several things, I got the all start and the waffles were cold, I ask of they could warm them up, but they said they don't have microwaves, then the rest of my order arrived and the eggs were uncooked. The Hash browns were saggy. I could not force my self to eat theI was very dissapointed with the service and the food.That is why I go to Liberty WF

Our server was great! She had a very bubbly personality and even though she was running around getting everyone else taken care of, she always made sure we were taken care of!Please remember to be kind to your servers and cooks. There are staffing shortages and folks are doing the best they can, be patient.
Love the old style dining. Enjoy watching them cook and communicate. Experience you don't get at other restaurants. It may be old style sometimes dirty, but the food is usually good and you're there for the environment!
As a person with disabilities I would appreciate it if you would not allow non disabled person park in the handicap when the lot is empty. Once in the dump I addressed this issue was completely ignored. Ask for a wet Towle to clean the nasty syrup covered table and was given a dry dirty towel as the server walked away and proceeded to serve everyone else in the establishment including those that arrived sometime after myself. This is the nastiest dirtiest place in the north land and the health department really needs to pay them a visit. Found roaches in the sugar and the whole kitchen looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in years. The entire staff needs fired to include management for allowing this and the owner fined. Only gave a star to write a review. NO STARS ACTUALLY GIVEN......
I work nights and used to get carryout 4-5 times a week and ALWAYS left a good tip. Reason I say used to is the fact they have refused to answer the phone. Drive by on my way home every night and I'm just shocked they don't have time to take an order over the phone. They say the phone doesn't work. Offered to buy them a phone, they obviously just don't wanna work or make the company $$$. Been nearly 2 years, I call still hoping they might answer. Not giving my $$$ to people that have no loyalty to their customers.
I wouldn't Recommend this place to anyone, and I eat at many different places just to try the food and see how the experience is. 1st off the restaurant was dirty with food all over the floor. 2nd we were waiting on a booth to come available, when a Waffle employee was using one of the booths to do her paperwork ?. They waitress waited a good ten min to ask if we had been helped. 3rd thing when a booth came available "not being mean or rude" But I his white couple walked right in and the waitress seated them at the booth that we were waiting, which was very unacceptable. I left this establishment and will never return. You will do Better going one mile up the road to Denny's.
