A mini family reunion in that my daughter selected Trezo Mare for dinner. My son and his wife were able to join us. Our server, Jenna, was too good for words. She provided us all the attention we needed and was never over bearing. We had a wide spectrum of orders and no one complained. Again, the service was outstanding, the presentation and taste of our orders were great. Although we were all full, we couldn't pass up the desert; we shared a Creme Brulee and a Carrot Cake and again, were not disappointed. It was an evening for a great reunion and a great dinner.
UPDATE to original review. After posting my review the owner himself emailed me and offered to make right, wanted to understand the issue. Therefore I'm increasing this by one star. In full disclosure I did not take any additional incentive. I appreciate owner Mike's reaching out. Here's the original review...Good ambiance food and service. However we went strictly for happy hour. We thought we were ordering off the happy hour menu but when we got the final bill realized nothing we ordered was at happy hour pricing. Really frustrating. We believe our server was being very aggressive and asking all these upsell questions and even though we thought we were confirming hey we just want what's on the happy hour menu, Walla no. This happens irregularly in life, but you know it when you see it. Just be forewarned. We will go back because it's a fine place.
The food was fabulous....service was perfect. The only thing we got seated across from a lady that was trying to sell her company to a lady for a position at her company. so freaking loud...kinda ruined the atmosphere. Not the restaurant s fault. thank you for a great birthday!
We had the WOOD-FIRED CHICKEN & ARTICHOKE DIP, LAMB CHOPS, and CHICKEN PICCATA. Everything was delicious. I just wished I didn't listen to the chef and have my lamb chops rare. I should've had it the way I like it which is medium well. Next time for sure!

Trezo may be a bit pricy, but one of the few places I’m happy to pay. Everything is always top notch and they really go above and beyond to make special events all that more special. I have dreams about their trezo chocolate bars.
My wife turns 60 soon and I have been thinking of booking a local restaurant for a mid-week dinner event and decided to order some take out from Trezo Mare this weekend. The take out menu looks great and I was intrigued by the personal pizza options; several showed amazing pictures so I ordered a sausage nd pepperoni pizza, personal size for $15.00. I added a 1/2 order of lobster mac and cheese too which I fell in love with years ago during my travels to Boston (heading to Boston Tuesday this week on business) and at $14 a steal! Once home I opened the pizza box to find the cheese barely melted: thick and not so hot covering the meats and pizza as if they rushed the order when I arrived. So I put it in the oven for 5 minutes and the cheese did then melt and the additional time improved the crispiness of the crust. Much better now. The lobster mac and cheese had much to be desired. Upon opening it looks as if the chef plates the food then puts it into a broiler to add some crunchiness to the top. That's ok but the entire meal was then dried out and lacked the creaminess expected of mac and cheese. So there I am melting some various cheeses and milk to get the textures and added flavors expected. By the way, the lobster meat was over cooked and dry. A lesson from Boston would serve the cook staff well. I did have a few minutes to wait and ordered a drink at the bar and the bartender was awesome in keeping me in his conversation while taking care of business. The restaurant's bar area is pretty cool and the prices reasonable across the board. But I am disappointed in the food for sure but as I always do, I will give them a second chance. My rating for now is a generous 3.
