The lady there was not ver helpful & very rude. My friend is a hispanic BUT she speaks English fluently. The lady pretended to not understand when my friend tried to order (it was just a cone of ice cream).I tried to order a bag of popcorn AGAIN she seemed to be annoyed by us for some reasons.Over all, the service was bad. It was such an unpleasant experience for ice cream & popcorn.
Awful customer service from the guy that works there. Came in for a fountain soda and after I paid he handed me the drink with zero carbonation. I told him it was out and he made it my problem that he would have to go "all the way downstairs" to mess with it. I said okay please do. He then said it would take a while, I said ok. He said it might not fix it. So I asked for a refund and he said no. So I said what can you do for me here because the product is not correct. He offered candy but that's not what I need. I asked him if we come back tomorrow can we just get a new drink then? I literally work on the plaza so I can come back whenever. He said he wouldn't be here. I asked when the next time he will be and he said "a couple days". He was not being helpful what so ever so I trashed the drink and said nevermind. The worst service.

I love Topsys .Ever change I get I love to go. Get a cherry limeade fortunately the water wasn't working someone had a name break on the road.I still give them a 5***** Rateimg .Great place to bring the family
