I always take my children there and generally have great service. Tonight was a completely different experience. The woman who was there tonight referenced my wife and children as rich little (white racist word). It was under her breath but I heard it as entered after they did. I didn’t catch her name but she was a young black woman with black circle glasses. I’m literally appalled by this behavior and will be bringing this to corporate attention.
Always stop here for the popcorn cheese powder. Kids are hooked.
We must’ve missed the holiday season. They advertise that their items are on sale now, however they did not have them available in store. We were limited, and they only had 4 different favors.
Love the smell of fresh popcorn.Tough location, parking is impossible.But the staff is so awsome and the store is clean and inviting with a fun atmosphere.We always have a good experience at this location.
The popcorn is bagged up and ready to go they have the fancy tins loaded up and ready to go also staff is good to go also
Topsy's has always been a Kansas City staple. I'm a caramel kinda guy and LuV it during the holidays cause its hard to not buy a tin of butter, cheese and caramel flavors to share with the Family! The cherry limeade is Unbelievable also. Definitely worth the visit if you haven't been yet!

One day before, could have had at least 10-12 people in the at any time if they hadn't been social distancing. When with all the people in and out, they were able to put together special orders. Will be back. Love their cheese popcorn.
Great popcorn ?. Although service is not the best the staff are nice. Popcorn is not the only thing they sell there as well. Their Baked goods are great.
