My family and I have been going to Smokehouse BBQ for years. we went there today for lunch and it was the worst meal I have ever had there. small portions the burnt ends were terrible, straight fat they were disgusting. The polish sausage that also came with the meal was cold. And i had to ask if they had any bbq sauce and she seemed like it was a big deal to go get it. And I do not mind tipping but I would not recommend paying with your card, I got charged 13% for a tip, which I dont mind tipping at all but I dont tip when the service is terrible. And also had to ask to get drink refills, I honestly think our waitress took a break. we didnt see for 20 mins. And what was real bad was I received my meal last, 5 mins after our group of 6, which is fine but then my food comes out cold. I hope something can change because Smokehouse has always been a good place to eat.
Wow and wow food was amazing but Martell our waiter went above and beyond. He noticed the kitchen had a few missteps and he fixed it and then some. The atmosphere was stellar, menu had many options for all flavor palettes. Highly recommend and again Martell thanks for a beautiful experience.

The service was amazing. very hospitable server. Assured me that wing dinner was the best and it was amazing. First time ever eating here. The atmosphere was great too. Definitely recommend dinning here
I had a wonderful waitress. My entire order was correct and the food was amazing. For eating Smokehouse, the food was exactly like one of your competitors. My day could've been better, but you made my day, so BBQ was calling! I got my food in no time! A big shout out to the team for friendly customer service. Thank you! I will definitely come back, even if I have a rough day!
