Great flavors of coffee... enjoying the aroma as well as the taste. Highly recommended.
I've been a customer of Roasterie for a while but I am really put off by their solicitation for tips at this location. I think it is a tacky way to pressure the customer and just for that alone I'm sure they are losing customers. I personally have tipped and not tipped and the time that I told them no precisely for the reason that them asking me seemed tacky and unprofessional the man serving me made a scowl. Being tactful and not feeling entitled to tips should be the default.
Been coming here since high school. I love this place. Best coffee any time.
ok. rosemary latte was soso. wish they had something like starbucks Flatwhite. iam not a Starbucks fan only go every now an then but its always for the flatwhite. i love Raosteri coffee they know how to raost the beans.
I'm a drive through person and the drive through staff is always friendly. I just don't understand why they started asking you for tips. It use to be you would sign the receipt and leave a tip on their if you wanted to. The last time I kindly said no thank you and the employee got offended and his attitude kinda shifted. I would have given 5 stars but since the change I just don't like going three anymore. But the coffee is always so yummy.
Love the coffee that the Roasterie brand makes, and I was delighted to find out they had a drive thru option at this location next to the plant where they make the beans. What I found even more exciting was the pure dedication to being local to KC. Use of and offerings by Shatto milk products, Ibis pastries, and Meshuggah Bagels, it feels very authentic to the Roasterie's "buy local" vibes. We only buy Roasterie coffee for use at home as well, because the taste is just so much better than the competition. I hope they begin to open more locations on the Missouri side, as bypassing a Starbukks or Scooters would be an easy decision if there were more of these Cafe's available closer to me.
It's a magnificent café for both coffee lovers and casual bakery enthusiasts. One of the best coffee establishments in Kansas City! It's one of Kansas City's "city wonders" and full of rich history. The lobby is enormous; there are tables for both small and large groups, along with a variety of couches, love seats, and high tops. Every time I've visited the café, the baristas were sanitary, speedy, and polite. Unfortunately, due to its popularity, the line is typically on the long side. With that said, you'll be in and out in a flash! There are even tours available of the facilities and the coffee brewing process. This place has a little bit of everything and is a must-visit!
Burritos have changed and are not as good at all. Neither is the salsa. Definitely a huge step back.
They need to update their hours online, came at 3PM on a Sunday because it says they’re open until 4 online - only to arrive and see they were already closed
Would give zero stars if I could. They treat their employees terribly, and will refuse to compensate for time worked if you put your two weeks in. Don’t support corporate trash.
