The apps were delicious! Tried the charcuterie, the beat hummus, Brussels sprouts, and pork belly. All of them... fabulous! Jeff was our server and he is wonderful. Him and Micheal make a mean specialty cocktail. "The Tail Feather". Try that thing out! Oh I'll be going back!
The peacock restaurant was a delightful discovery in Westport which is our new favorite for a date night.The ambience is classy, stylish and yet comfortable.The service was attentive and friendly which is especially appreciated these days.We started with the slightly spicy but very tasty shrimp appetizer with charred asparagus.The mains were ample and perfectly prepared Peri Peri chicken and Za'atar seasoned pork chop with the right accompaniments. We finished the dining experience with Pecan oatmeal cookie pie that was just the right exclamation point.We loved the experience so much we made reservations for next week!

The food there was amazing. Place is small, beautifully decorated and intiment. I found the paintings in the bathroom amusing as well.
Absolutely delicious! I went here for the first time with a friend. We got the pork belly appetizer and each got lamb. So wonderful and unexpectedly generous portions.
Food was unique and the waitstaff attentive. Asked for a recommendation and ordered the periperi chicken and it was hella good! Do yourself a favor and check out this new and upcoming restaurant.

The food here is absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Great service, all staff were super friendly and helpful. The only miss for us was the cocktails, but we avoided their specialty drinks so YMMV.
In a word, OUTSTANDING! From the delightful decor, to the great service,to the creative menu and EXCELLENT food, the restaurant is surely soon to be a hot spot on the Kansas City restaurant scene.
