Read online that they were 24 hours, but it looked like they were still setting up. I asked a blonde woman who I assume was the manager if they were open and she responded really aggressively "NO" while visibly angry with my question. I'm not usually a stickler for customer service, but she was way out of line.
Good coffee (they only serve drip coffee) and good selection of freshly prepared bagel sandwiches both for breakfast (anytime) and lunch/dinner. If you are hungry and need a bite to eat this is a good choice.

Only one person behind the counter taking orders and making the sandwiches. She is really hustling but she forgot one of our items. I feel for her because she’s alone and really trying to keep up. They should have at least one more person on staff.

Airport food is always expensive, period. Here, sandwiches seemed reasonably priced compared to other airports I've been stuck in. Service was good, despite the "rush" of my party of four and a few others hitting all at once.
Beware operated by a third party company called hms host. Mis managed, and far below standards. Employees are badly trained and poorly treated.
Average. I’ve been a number of times and they are often out of product, specifically the Tomazillo bagel. Service is ok. Food tastes pretty good. Not my favorite, but if hungry at the airport and need food, you can try here. Don’t expect great service though.
