We walked in and were seated almost instantly!Amber was an amazing server and answered my questions about the food, with it being our first time there. The food came out fast and hot ?We will definitely have to come back here!
First timer...We were seated fast, served fast, server was delightful & very friendly. The waffle & the bacon & eggs were good, but the sausage was burnt & the biscuits were too soft & doughy. They turned into mush from the gravy. ?? I won't be going back to this place anytime soon. ☹️

Calling them chicken strips is a stretch. I have had bigger chicken nuggets. A drizzle of buffalo sauce. They were also dry. Big biscuit with no butter. Fries overdone. I had to ask for silverware. Not a good experience. The server was nice.
Bad food… bad service… bad manager… sorry folks when you put two plates down side by side, they should look similar… and you really shouldn’t charge extra to make the plates look the same… First time at a Big Biscuit… it will also be the last… and I will talk to folks about not eating here!!!
Great atmosphere, very nice hostess and waitress. Will visit again. Keep up the good work.
I love breakfast food so much and the big biscuit is great at it..... But the real star here is the pork tenderloin sandwich. It's the BEST one I ever had. The quality of the Pk tenderloin sandwich is so consistent that that alone makes it a staple...like.. listen I'm not obsessed with the big biscuit but I have eaten at various ones around the city ? and regardless of staffing/timing that sandwich slaps.... I do wish they had BBQ sauce though... Oh the fries are perfect too..but again the lack of BBQ sauce is weird I mean it's Kansas City...
A pleasant surprise. If you're hungry, grab this skillet. I was able to finish only half of it and I have a very large appetite. I believe it was called the Kitchen Sink Skillet. Very good service...friendly environment.
My longtime college friend, Macho came to KC for the Chiefs Playoffs and I took him to the best breakfast spot in town ' cause that's what he asked for! Omg, I had the omelet and biscuits and gravy, but when I saw Macho's pancakes, I was so jealous! Great big ole breakfast, good friendly service and reasonable prices...it was a good experience and Macho called his wife to tell her that next time the come to KC, "SHE GOT TO COME TO THE BIG BISCUIT!"
amazing food thank you Google for the recommendation!
