This place is always busy. Nice variety of food, reasonable prices. Our waitress was fantastic...lots of enthusiasm and very attentive. The baby back ribs were fatty...have tasted better. My steak was perfect, which is probably their specialty.i do wish they served garlic mashed potatoes...one of my favorites. And the soft, warm bread with honey butter was bottomless...it just kept on coming. Be sure to use their waitlist feature: they don't take reservations, but the wait list will get you in quickly after arrival. Instead of an over two hour wait, we were seated within ten minutes upon arrival.all in all, a pleasant experience with average food.
I had a ribeye and there was more fat than meat. Some people might like that but not me. Won't be ordering another one.
Our experience was horrible. We had a party of 7. After working with two individuals that I assumed to be members of management, we were able to move our party to a different seating area due to space. An employee stated at some point that the area was taken. The area was cleaned and we were seated in the area. Literally seconds after everyone took their seats this same young man that expressed that the area was taken comes over and slams a stack of plates on the table almost knocking my sister over as he walked away. It was very loud and obvious that he was upset. He never said a word to the party, I am very surprised the dishes didn't break. My family immediately began to get up from the table. We were celebrating my son's graduation with family from out of town. Why is this type of behavior acceptable in the work place? Management performed their job in making sure we were seated comfortably and then here comes this irate employee. What is all of the hate and anger about? This employee has a position where he is working with and serving various individuals of all races and ethnicities. What would make one so upset? Texas Road House, I know we are coming out of a Pandemic. I know businesses are understaffed and over crowded, but employees such a the young man my family encountered has No business servicing the public. This behavior is unacceptable on every level. This situation could have gotten extremely ugly, however our choice was to walk away and give someone else our business. Yes, I am sure there were hundreds of customers after us, but needless to say we will never be back. This was a horrible experience for my family visiting from Illinois to Kansas City Mo.
My mom loves Texas Roadhouse however, I've been to one in a different city and it was nothing great. We were celebrating her birthday so we had to go and boy was I surprised! The staff was so hospitable, the food was hot with some flavor, and the atmosphere was cozy. We enjoyed the fresh rolls and the blooming onion. I highly recommend going here for a fun family meal.
Wow! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we felt noticed and cared for! The waiting staff and hosts were very friendly and the manager came by to ask if we were enjoying our meal! Don't remember the last time I was this cared for at a restaurant. My ribs were not the best, but EVERYTHING else about our experience was top notch. Way to go! Loved how much fun the wait staff was having, they did line dancing and genuinely seemed to love their jobs!
OVER THE TOP.GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE.WILL RETURN.I don't usually comment or rate a chain because I think most people know what to expect at chains.However, we went for dinner right before 6pm on a Wednesday evening and after our experience, I had to write about it!We had a short wait, less than 15 minutes.Every employee looked us straight in the eye, welcomed us, asked if we were celebrating anything by coming in, how our day was going and our wait staff came back frequently to make sure we had everything we needed while we ate.Alyssa, one of the managers stopped by and checked on us too.The service was efficient and the food was delicious.We were very impressed by the friendliness of each employee.Just WOW.
I went to eat they are on a Friday night I showed up and for one person there was an hour and a half wait. It was so packed. I don't think I've ever seen it as packed as it was that night even the bar was elbow to elbow. Fortunately for me I was able to find a seat at the bar. I had their prime rib and it was cooked to perfection. It was pretty loud, but it is a bar. The food is always good there. And if you're sitting at the bar usually there's someone that always wants to talk.
Customer Service is important now as it’s ever been. This restaurant’s Customer Service Manager failed to recognize the significance of our wait time. We did call ahead seating at 5:24. The hostess told me 45 min wait, we received our text with a confirmation #. It was packed busy even at 5:24. We waited for 1 hr 10 min and then I called. The hostess told me my number wasn’t in the system although we received a text. They have us wait another 20 minutes before we were seated at 6:55. We just finished our meal for 2. The check was full price. It’s 7:55…….. Get it straight Zona Rosa Texas Roadhouse we waited 45 min. longer to an quoted in a running diesel truck to stay warm and had I not called in we would have never eaten. Not to mention the $10 in fuel just to wait. The house is still packed 2 1/2 hours later. Don’t be greedy. Would it have been to much to ask to cover 1/2 our check tonight. It was only $23.45. Don’t forget , no matter how popular the restaurant, those working can and should be held accountable. This customer service manager…she got it wrong tonight. Waitress made out with $10 because she did a textbook job. Thanks Shelby!
Wait time was minimal for not calling ahead. Restaurant was very clean and our waitress was a hoot!! Now the food!! Was Amazing! Melt in your mouth delicious. I had the shish kebabs and wild rice. So much food I took home enough for another meal. Love this place!
This Texas Roadhouse is the best. Service is 4 star. Always polite and attentive. Very informative. Went 3 times this week and steak was always cooked perfectly as well as the rest of the meal. The only bad thing was no Yuengling. I guess I just like my PA beer. Honestly though this place is great, even when busy service was not lacking.
