went to the pro choice today and afterwards my daughter and I decided to eat there.. I was charged twice and you could see it on my online banking statement... they then claimed that my card was declined which was not the case I was charged twice...Managed to get a refund for one of the charges only after I stated that if I was not made whole that I would come back with a lawyer and a court date for my money... I will never eat there again

Quaint but lively little wine bar with a great outdoor patio in downtown Kansas City. Great for a date night or a night out with friends. The oysters, truffle fries, and wine selection were excellent, but a small salad cost just as much as the oysters did which was puzzling. Other than that, the place is reasonably priced and we had great service. We will definitely be back.
Tannin Wine bar accommodated my group of 20 amazingly! They handled a last minute addition and we’re okay with us changing the table layout last minute. Kathy was so easy to coordinate with and Abby was the best server! Would 100% recommend for large groups! The espresso martini was delicious as well as the shrimp. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
Loved it. Attentive and knowledgeable staff, excellent wine choice.,early Saturday evening and place was buzzing. Extensive food menu but just selected a couple of dishes to share. All good. Would highly recommend.
First time here tonight. This was our post dinner stop and the place was fantastic. It wasn’t as fancy as I thought it would be considering they specialize in wine, but that was to their advantage. We ordered pommel frites which were just salty and crispy enough. They were like a classier version of Five Guys fries. We followed that up with the fudge stuffed peanut butter cookie (pictured). This was SO GOOD, but extremely rich. Would be great to split between two people. The drinks of choice were “Pascal Janvier “Cuvée du Rosier” and “Francesco Rinaldi & Figli Langhe”. The second was by far my favorite, but both were quality. Staff was amazingly kind and timely.

Good food, great service, yummy wine, and the company was the best. We came for a fancy dinner date with 2 other couples and each spent a good chunk of change on wine, cocktails, lamb, filet mignon, to go bottles, we did take advantage of the happy hour but our bill was still a ton. This is really good food, but for the price of everything I had some cons. -mashed potatoes are lumpy, one of the dishes wasn't cooked all the way and sent back. We love trying all different types of restaurants from dive to 5 star elegant dining. This however wasn't a restaurant I regret eating at, but I wouldn't return if it was my choice.
We went for Restaurant Week and tried things from that menu. The food was excellent and the wine pairings were as well. Overall, I would recommend for a fine dining experience. The only thing is I felt it was loud in the restaurant.
