Delicious Talapia the salad and veggies were awesome also.. I will be returning.

Ozone wow! Beautiful location, and great restaurant for dinning in. Customer service is not all great, overall 5/10. The food is okay 7/10 there is a lack of consistency and waiters, managers, supervisor or head captain being to comfortable in there efficiency and quality of service. However this is Dal group corporate branding, and it carries the name all over Sudan and Khartoum. I have tried to give my feedback directly to employees and management level, but they still don't greet you or welcome you back to the restaurant. Usually take 10-15mins to get attention of a waiter. As if there is only one way to serve a person again and again. Lastly, at the least you would think Sayga and the company of Dal food and beverages is a rockstar at training there team and upper management to be professional and up there skills game, not my experience in the past couple of 6 month post Covid. I still will recommend this place to family and friends. Yet, I would much better Go try new places and much better mom/pops up starting restaurants that are gradually focusing on customer feedback and bettering their service and quality. It's worth spending the extra 2k sdg and earning the service and consistency.

Nice ?

So I will start off by saying that the food is amazing! I had a delicious latte and an eggs Benedict that had my mouth watering for more. We ordered without reading a menu and looking at prices and when our bill came we just about fainted! The prices are 3-4 times what you would pay for most meals in Sudan. It is a bit beyond me why they have to make this place so exclusive because I’m sure many others would love to experience it, but never will. We had plans to go back for more, but after our shock at the prices we decided against it. Too bad, it’s a cool spot. Expect to pay European or North American prices though.

Exactly the place is closed and I do not know when they are resumed. Bit it location is very good. It's in green park. In the center city.

I was picking up Chinese food when I noticed this place was open so I went in to see what they had. Guy does not want customers pointed to the Chinese restaurant next door like I didn't know where I was. Won't be trying that again. That was Rude.

I'm a vegetarian but got roped by a colleague to try the sweet and sour sesame fried chicken salad at Ozone. I was in Khartoum for 12 days and ate it 9 days out of the 12. It is amazing!!! I don't do sweets. But I had their strawberry and cream cake 6 times. This food is simply delicious and never dissapoints. Quality, fresh and great prices. It's a great atmosphere too. If eating in, the staff is amazing and the patio area is lovely. The staff at the counter for take out is rude though. I do not know if it's stress but they aren't patient, aren't customer oriented, and aren't understanding to the fact that visitors might not know the "rules" about what can be ordered out or not. My colleagues and I were really disapointed. One day, in between meetings, I asked my quiche to bereheated and I had to ask 3 times, as it came back cold each time. And they weren't too pleased about having to do that, until it was no longer ice cold inside. I would have given the restaurat 5 circles but the staff at the counter really can ruin the experience.

The coffee and ice-cream tasted very good. I like taking the Asian sesame salad. The quality of the food overall is good, however a bit too pricey and sometimes too crowded. The waiters are generally nice.

I enjoyed dinner at Ozone. Had pasta (penne). Tasty but not exceptional although the outdoor setting is nice and the place has a good vibe.

Nice, trendy cafe. Limited menu but nice outdoor seating area. Had to wait for a table but service was good and food delicious. Halloumi salad was devine. Prices a bit higher than other places but food was worth it. Place is in the middle of a roundabout.
