Worst experience ever so irritated I just spent over 30$ for 2 sandwiches and didn’t even have all the stuff I asked for no avocado nothing
The guy working was completely alone handling in store guests and togo food also. He was cool as a cucumber however. Very efficient. He was great... Every time I get a sandwich, no matter which location it's from. It's disappointing and I usually don't eat the whole thing because of that
Dont eat here...I walked in and the young black lady had a attitutude,claing shes not suppose to be here, if you dont like your job quit and find another,no need to take your issues out on customers......the young gentleman there was polite.
Yes I placed an order for delivery today and just as the driver was pulling Subway decided to cancel my order. I would not of even know if I had not checked. Tried to call the boy (child) who is not very intelligent my 6 year old grandson has better communication skills then him and knows how to properly answer a business phone. I asked for the manager the phone was just sat down you can hear them talking and being told he had a call but the just let the phone sit in counter. I kept trying y y I call and then they would never pick up. I just wanted to know why did you cancel my entire order. Very very very unprofessional. I will NEVER NEVER step in a subway again.

I walked in today at 5:20pm and the girl working told me they were closed because she was short staffed. This was extremely hard to believe considering the door was unlocked and everything was still on. I was the only person inside but she was too busy on the phone having a nice meal to herself at a table.Whether it’s lazy employees or being short staffed. This is absolutely ridiculous but don’t worry guys JIMMY JOHNS has great service right door.

Always late on pick up orders but overall staff is courteous and the store tensions clean every time I visit.
