Waited 45 minutes for two hot chocolates. Food was done in 10-15 minutes but was cold by the time we got our drinks. We did a mobile order. My husband had to ask 3 times where he was in the queue and was told 5-10 drinks but it was more like 30 drinks by the time we finally got them. Staff threw away so many drinks down the drain and people were taking drinks that weren’t theirs because they were tired of waiting. Today was the slowest wait we’ve had. This location needs more employees and help.
Mary is the nicest person I have ever dealt with in customer service. She is one of the sweetest people ever! She genuinely cares about her job. That’s very hard to find. She is awesome!! I come by about 2 times a week ( I know it’s bad) and she remembers me and my order!!!
Went in around 11:00 in the morning on Monday and had to wait for several minutes in front of an empty register while two girls talked behind the counter. Once I did get to order, I had to wait another ten minutes for my latte in an empty store, and when I did get it, it was disappointingly small for the nearly 5 dollars I spent on it. The coffee was…well I’ve had worse before, but this one is certainly on my list of poorly made coffees. In addition, the interior was a mess. I hope that the crew was just recovering from a rush, but given the late hour, I think it’s more an issue with the employees and management. Overall, you can get much better coffee at a cheaper price, better service, and cleaner properties at any other place in the area. I’ll never be back.
Dropped the kids off at school and went through the drive thru for a mocha frap for my wife. Got to the window and payed the $6, when i get my card back I was told to pull around front and someone will bring the drink out to me. After 15 minutes of sitting in the front spot. I got angry and stormed inside for a refund. I was told that they got 20 mobile orders at once and they refunded my money. WAKE UP STARBUCKS! Is the priority someones mobile order that isn't even at the restaurant or someone in your drive thru? PLEASE SAY SOMETHING BEFORE PEOPLE PAY IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO HAVE THE DRINK READY AS EXPECTED AT THE WINDOW!
Every single time I order from this location they always and I mean always get my order perfect. I live two hours from liberty now and any time I’m in the area I have to stop by. I go to other locations that are closer or more convenient and to say there is major inconsistencies with those places would be an understatement. I wish they could be more like this location. Plus, every one who works at this location are so very kind and friendly. Today in particular is my sons 10 year angelversary and I stopped in just to grab my favorite drink and their kindness and a compliment they gave me was much needed today. I just couldn’t go through the rest of my day without thanking them for their greatness and saying how much I deeply appreciate their store entirely. So thank you to all who work here because it truly doesn’t matter what time or day I stop by all of you are amazing each time! It’s just perfect so thank you so much!
Easily the slowest coffee shop that I've ever been to. If you're coming, expect to wait in line for at least 30 minutes. It's mind-blowing how long this has been an issue at this particular store.
I was really glad they built a starbucks in this location, however, I have to plan about 30 minutes in line, regardless of what day or time it is. I thought I got lucky once and made it to the window in 10 minutes, and they parked me. This problem with that, was that the parking lot was full and there was nowhere to go. I've started going back to the one on 152 or the one on Antioch because it is almost always faster.
Go here only if you want to wait forever and have an incompetent barista. At 11:45 am on a Sunday. Huge line growing and growing. They did not take a drive thru order several cars ahead of us for 5 minutes... then finally asked if someone had helped them. Then the barista appeared to be socializing with the car 2 ahead of us for 5 minutes. Barista messed up stars/ money and didn't put sleeve around drink or offer a stopper. She had to call someone to fix stars/points issue. Flower beds are not taken care of and full of trash. This was the longest wait and worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks location. I'm glad its not my local location because I can't imagine what it is like on a weekday morning. UPDATE: they took all my points AND money!!! So I paid twice for one drink.
Pretty long wait for two drinks, though I know sometimes out of their hands based on the cars and orders ahead of me. Super nice and great customer service when ordering and paying at the window. Overall, great location.
My friend passed away a couple months ago and sometimes I get her favorite drink, because Starbucks she enjoyed so much and I have her name put on it. Well on this day I was getting that drink for a friend and I started bawling uncontrollably as I was ordering. I have never met a nicer group of ladies. I was definitely at a breaking point and they comforted me more than I ever knew I needed. They not only said the nicest things to me but also wrote it on the drink I got for myself. Here I was just getting a drink to remember my friend and here they were going way beyond their job to comfort me. I appreciate you all and you will never fully know how much I felt uplifted. For this I am forever grateful. Thank you!
