It was quick and convenient. The people behind the counter were very friendly. It was pretty much what you would expect from a coffee shop.
This is my absolute favorite Starbucks in the KC Northland area. I always place my order online for in-store pick up and honestly...this store only has my order ready maybe like, 50% of the time. They actually seem a little bit slower than other Starbucks in the KC Northland. However...Their staff makes up for it by being kind and friendly and honestly...acknowledging my existence. Every single time I walk in the store...within 5 seconds, someone says Hello, and they acknowledge me walking to the Pick Up section, so they then will ask me what is the name on my order. I tell them, and they acknowledge that they see the order, and they need just a couple of minutes to get it finished up.I appreciate this so much. You have no idea how hard it is to get staff at any restaurant to say Hello to you when you walk in, and ask you if you are there for a Pick Up or if you want to Place a New Order for To Go, or if you are wanting to Dine In. This may seem like the smallest thing, but 75% of restaurants, and far too many other Starbucks, can't even do this one simple thing.The other thing is, I never have more than a 5 minute wait for my order either. I don't mind waiting 5 minutes, even 10 minutes! Just acknowledge my existence at the Pick Up counter, and ask which order I am there for if my order isn't ready. And please don't go out of your way to make me feel like I'm inconveniencing you by having placed an order online for pick up...Thank you so much to the staff that work at this Starbucks for treating me like a human being, and with the most basic amount of decency. There are quite a few Starbucks in the KC Northland area that fail at this, and that is why this is my #1 Starbucks location in the KC Northland.
Ordered a drink here a while back and the barista was really nice. haven't been in yet as i've only done drive thru
Just waited 30 minutes as the only people in line at the counter for three drinks. The employees went through countless mobile orders and a drive thru line of over 20 cars as we stood there for THIRTY MINUTES. After about 15 minutes we asked about our drinks and they told us there were still people ahead of us. From our first drink to our third we waited 8 minutes. Do not go into this store because they clearly do not value customers in store.
Always very busy and sometimes a long wait for the drive thru but the staff is nice and works very hard
Waited 30mins for a color brew purchased. Did not even bothering to tell me their machine broke and instead waited to let me know until I asked for a refund and still walked out without that because it was still talking them an abortion l additional 10mins.
If you are a fan of the Caramel mocchiato I HIGHLY reccomend getting a vanilla bean frap with an affagato shot and caramel drizzle. I do coconut milk cause dairy intolerance, but sooooooooo yum.
You can always count on Starbucks to save a bad shopping experience. Nice employees, great service and of course exceptional products.
