Really nice staff. Cute area to sit and chill before going back out in the heat.
Been to this location many times, very disappointed in the atmosphere created by those who run the store. Lots of gossip from the baristas, every time I’m here there’s always negative talk of someone. Keep that out of the store and for after work, no one wants to hear that. Do better.
Very dirty store with uninterested baristas. Angie doesn’t seem to take accountability for the behavior of her employees or try to uphold the image of her store
I usually love coming to this one however since they hired new people, the mood is sad!! I didn't get "can I take your order?" Just dead like a zombie. For the price of coffee I expect more. If you're not happy find another job you like.
Quick, professional and friendly. Wanted to try something new but wasn't sure what to get, but barista Mikayla gave a great drink suggestion.
The staff were friendly but my drink was unfortunately made wrong, and I thought as much as there was an obvious issue while making it. Thanks for being friendly and helpful.
My biggest problem with this Starbucks is the noise level caused by the employees. Far too much laughing and giggling that which I found to be irritating and unpleasant.
Typical Starbucks experience. Very busy location. Open and lots of natural light. About a 7 minute walk from the convention center or municipal auditorium. My family loves the pink drink. If you like the extra foam, don’t forget to ask like I always do. Mocha frap is my go to drink. Hint of coffee with a wonderful chocolate mix. Can’t go wrong. Happy drinking.
Hands down the best Starbucks in town. Baristas are super friendly! McKayla always remembers my drink and name. They always get through lines quickly and the drinks are always solid.
I’m not one to write reviews but my experience here is always so positive I just have to! I bring my little girls in weekly & the baristas are SO sweet & patient with them, remember our names, and even make them feel better w lil things they can when I bring them in as a reward for not fun appointments (Endoscopy, dentist, etc) 5/5 stars! We love you guys!
