Does this location not open at 5am Mondays? Came by before work at 6am for a coffee and the doors were still locked. Employees had their heads down not even acknowledging me to let me know they were opening late… Very disappointing

Iced chai tea, non fat, extra pump of chi. Bacon, gouda, egg sandwich. Good any time of day. Love the reward options while using the app! Order ahead using the app and pick up inside to avoid waiting in lines. Works every time...

The 3 employees (2 young ladies and a gentleman) that opened up the store on Saturday 6/11 @ 530am are all very, very rude and lazy. Not just today, but consistently so, I just saw all 3 of them together again this morning so was reminded. They all consistently do that thing where if you try to ask something, they look like they're really busy, so you have to really work hard to get their attention to ask them for something simple. It's like, whenever I know I have to deal with one of those three, I feel like I'm invisible because I can never get their attention, even if they are working over at a station less than 3 feet from me. They do that thing where they only focus on ONE thing and ONE thing only, and absolutely everything else gets blacked out. Of those three employees, the Gentleman has definitely been the most rude, and I've probably had 10+ interactions with him over the past month. This used to be my favorite and the best Starbucks place to go in the Northland, but this is a tale of 2 stores. When these 3 employees are working, you can get one experience. When they aren't there, it runs so much better. There is a young lady, petite with darker skin and maybe black curly hair? She is fabulous, I don't know her name...she might be an Asst Manager or Manager, and I wouldn't be surprised because whenever THAT young lady is working, that store runs beautifully but if she's gone, and then I see that it's the 3 people that worked today Saturday June 11th at 530am...I just know I'm going to be treated much worse. To those 3 employees I just ask...please don't be mean and hostile to customers and 3rd party vendors who are there on your store's request. If you don't enjoy the job, please don't take it out on people who are not rude or mean to you, but just want to be a customer at your store or deliver an order that your store has asked us to come get

Batista is always busy but pleasant. They messed my order up 2 times & had to correct it but fast & apologize for the error.

Rude staff, terrible drink. Placed order online and watched as they made everyone’s but mine. It was watered down and absolutely gross for a Frappuccino. Two of the girls had attitudes and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Terrible experience with questionable staff. AND IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY.However, the tall blonde lady is absolutely Amazing. She came from the back and cleared the lobby quicker than two people could. Wish she had made my drink. Might’ve been worth drinking.

I love Caramel macchiato with almondmilk.....I want one everyday lol ? ? ?

The ladies working this morning (Easter Sunday) really need attitude adjustments. They all acted as if they didn't want to be there. The black one also needs to learn manners. When someone says thank you, you say you're welcome. Never in my 20 years of going to Starbucks have I been to one with such negative energy and vibes.

Drinks taste as normal. I was frustrated during my visit because we were attempting to have a meeting in one of the corners when the music was suddenly turned up and playing Disney music pretty loud.

Good clean coffee shop. Employees were courteous and willing to help. The coffee was terrible. And will not return.

Grabbed a cold drink. Just one of your pricy drinks. This location is quaint and small. No drive through. Small lounge seating area with over sized chairs. Main area has tables and regular chairs. Few rables and chairs at the store front. Off to the side is a patio seating area. Parking is a little tight. Several retailers close by and being the end unit.
