I am so happy this new location opened. For being a new build, and a new drive through, it’s amazingly efficient. The staff is superbly quick, and really fun. It’s an art form to warmly great people while also being super quick! Cars do not queue that long in the drive through. I was doing my coffee runs before at another nearby location and the drive through waits had become horrible, so this is just amazing. And the coffee is Starbucks strong and consistently on-brand. So happy you guys are just down the hill from me!
I waited over 25 minutes for a mobile order that was suppose to be ready when I arrived . The guy knew I was here and said he was working on my order and after a few minutes I I asked about my order and he said he misplace my cup. Should have kept the ward parkway location! And I didn’t get my order and just ask for a cold brew since I was already late for an appointment.

How many times will you put ice in a nitro cold brew before you learn that there is no ice called for in this drink.
I order a caramel cream frap with no coffee extra caramel in the bottom and caramel drizzle on the top... Sounds super simple but you would be surprised how many Starbucks still put coffee in it and they never put caramel in the bottom I have started going to this Starbucks pretty regularly because it's right down the street from my work they finally have it figured out and they make my drink perfect thank you guys.. I'm not one to complain so usually if they do it wrong I just take it...
