The staff is extremely dedicated and ready to help, I had the idea of adding a Red Bull to a refresher,they had no Red Bulls but listed the other energydrinks available, and helped me choose a goodrefresher. The barista had also let me know that if I wanted there's a QT right across the street that sells Red Bulls. So here I am drinking a dragon fruit refresher made with lemonade, but of course I had to get the dragon fruit Red Bull to put it all together, and it's amazing! Such great staff and hospitality. Most of the help was from Maggie who has such a great personality along with everyone else.

The drive through was quick and the cashier was so positive!
Getting worse. When I visited recently there was no one at the counter, no one to answer questions or take orders. We had to order on a computer, could ONLY pay with a credit card (which is stupid for a regular cup of coffee), and we had no idea the regular coffee was self-service. We waited and waited and after several minutes a woman asked what we were waiting for and seemed put out that she had to tell us to serve ourselves. This location keeps getting worse. Coffee was okay, but they ran out and seemed very reluctant to refill the urns. Not sure how they stay in business. I doubt I'll go back.
I'm not normally a coffee person but since I get up at 5:00 in the morning and also have a 1-year-old it really helps the gentleman that took my order helped me with my order because I do not know what half of that stuff is I know I just needed some espresso and something sweet in it and he helped me pretty good I wish I knew his name I did tip the jar that they have inside there

Never has their cafe open. Hours are always changing- never consistent. Has not had order ahead as an option for quite some time. This used to be my preferred location but now I try my best to avoid it.
Constant staffing issues, inconsistent hours and now lobby closed. Ordered ahead on app for in store pick up to avoid 20 minute drive thru line only to show up and that lobby is still closed.
Bacon egg and Gouda sandwich with a side of lemon bread = heaven!
