90% rude at this place - do they not understand they are $9 an hour fast food employees - or is that why they are rude. You are a barista at a chain, not some fancy coffee shop in Seattle or New York serving some of the brightest.
This is THE BEST location. The drinks are always correct, and their staff is fantastic. This is a rarity these days. So if you want a drink actually worth paying for, given to you by friendly baristas, then come here. Oh, and they are actually open during posted hours!!!
Nice location! The drive through line is a bit narrow. And once you get in it, you’re stuck because of the narrow driveway. The entrance and exit of the parking lot is also a bit strange. There’s a bank right by it and not a ton of extra space. The food and drinks were great. We especially like the egg bites and refreshers.
the new manager, Jill, is absolutely horrible. was in there for a brief few minutes to order a couple drinks for my coworkers and the way she was speaking to the baristas was ridiculous. acted as if she was better than them and like they weren’t competent of doing their job. overheard her telling a man making my drink that he was “getting paid american dollars to do this job”… if this is how Starbucks let’s their managers treat people, then i definitely won’t be back, especially not to this location with her being in charge..not to mention if she really is the manager how is she hardly even there? i frequent here at different times of the day and maybe see her once in a blue moon..not a good look
I always order online, and I appreciate how my order is always ready when I arrive. But man, the staff at this Starbucks is so rude! They have a 100% success rate at saying something snide or rude to me as I try to pick up my order. Every time. I live closest to this Starbucks, but I'll start going over to the Zona location, just to avoid the rude staff at this Starbucks. They aren't incompetent, bc they clearly know what they are doing... But it seems like every young lady that works there just loves to be rude to me for some reason when I'm trying to pick up my pre-paid order.
Love this location! Always so nice, friendly, and fast! Also, I just went in this morning and I thought I ordered iced coffee, and accidentally ordered it hot and they changed it to iced with no extra charge and no questions asked!
The staff at this location is very friendly. They are quick and efficient even when busy.
the girl carissa or whatever her name is with black hair and pigtail braids was very rude and rolled her eyes at me and my friends for asking politely to add a drink at the window.
Polite and friendly staff, always gets the order right! Popular location and frequently busy, but never more than a few minute wait. One of my fav locations!
It was nice. I'm still a newbie and she was very helpful when it came to cup size (?) and figuring out what I meant when I over ordered for what I really wanted.
