First time visiting and had a horrible experience all around. Order got mixed up somehow. Was told I must have ordered from another location. After about 20 mins they realized they have my order to someone else and since we had the same thing to just take his. Went straight home and the pizza was dry as hell. After having to put up a fight that included over 5 phone calls finally got a refund. I guess they where just set on making this the worst fast food purchase of my life.
There is nothing like a good glass of Sangria and a good slice of pizza (or Mini Mia in this case)! This 3 Meat pizza was sooo good...Hot, crispy, chewy, little spicy - just delicious. This place is still good when you get it to go, but if you can dine-in, get a seat close to the windows and people watch while you sip on a Sangria (or two), you won't be disappointed. If you can add a Greek Salad with extra olives and feta, please do. You'll thank me later...
My friends and I went ice skating at Crown Center and after walked over to SPIN! Pizza for a bit to eat. I really have no complaints for establishment it's self, but no one left full. I bought 3 large (advertised as a 14 inch) pizzas for us all to share, and $70 later, no one was satisfied. I suppose I didn't get the memo that it was a personal pizza place, which is fine, but those pizzas were not 14 inches. I didn't have a physical measuring tool on hand, but using my iPhone's (relatively accurate) measuring app, I determined that my pizza was in fact 10 and a half inches. The box it came in was 14 inches, but I'm paying for the pizza, not the box. They likely use a set amount of dough for each pizza, and sometimes just don't get it stretched correctly, which is understandable. I would like to say that despite the feeling that I payed too much for too little, the manager there was quite stellar. I don't know their name, but I would like to say that every manager should be more like that. They offered me a free pizza, which helped to insure that most of us got a second piece. Seriously, that was really nice. The pizzas themselves were very good, from what I got to eat. All and all, I had a great experience there, and think I was just used to some other pizza places like Providence Pizza in Grandview, which has bought food for a group like that for about the same price. Again I do want to point out the management, and I recommend coming in.
Delicious! This place has great value for the freshness, taste, atmosphere and service. I had the lunch deal (Mini Mia) which is your choice of pizza + salad or soup. They worked with me on switching my pizzas ingredients to fit my wants!I will be back and definitely recommend. There is even a day of the week kids eat free!
Really good pizza! I highly recommend the three meat pizza. The wine pours are nice and large.
I got the Mini Mia pepperoni pizza with chicken Caesar salad and thought it was good. Only improvement I'd like to see is crisper crust on the pizza but I'd still get it again. Place was extremely busy on a Friday night during the holidays but the wait wasn't long. Cool atmosphere in the middle of Crown Center.
Very happy with our experience. We got free gelato using tokens from our previous visit, and the guy who served us very sensibly asked who was getting each one, and gave my older child a normal size, my toddler a medium size and me (having told him I’d already worked out) a massive size!!! Our waitress was a hoot and really efficient. Food was great!
I have always been a fan but this location was slammed in the heart of the holiday season and still the food was hot, tasted great and every single employee was lovely. Merry Christmas and thank you for the cheer!?
